Abstract

The Study of language strategies and the conceptual of political cartoonists in the Vientianemai newspapers: The hypotheses of this study are: (1) the language strategies satirize used in Vientianemai newspapers. (2) To study the conceptual of cartoonists in the Vientianemai newspapers. The gathering data from cartoons in Vientianemai newspapers and the popular newspaper well-known, on the During the 1 year, from 1st January to 31th December, 2553 the total of 253 copies and 191 images of cartoons.

The result of the analysis of the use of language strategies in the satirize cartoonists to show that there are 9 Strategies: 1) The play on words 2) The word building 3) the specified words in used 4) The supplement meaning 5) Use of words expression commissure 6) The Comparison and comparison of wrong forms 7) Use of marks and 8 Foreign language in used as verbal and non-verbal strategies 1) Using costumes 2) Using animal images 3) Size and the position of images.

In addition, the analysis of the conceptual of cartoonists 6 types: the conceptual of political, the idealization, the conceptual of family, the craossing borders, the conceptaul of ACE and the conceptual of sexual.

การศึกษาเรื่องกลวิธีทางภาษาและแนวคิดของนักเขียนการ์ตูนการเมืองในหนังสือพิมพ์เวียงจันทน์ใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. ศึกษากลวิธีการใช้ภาษาเสียดสีของนักเขียนการ์ตูนในหนังสือพิมพ์เวียงจันทน์ใหม่ 2. เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดของนักเขียนการ์ตูนในหนังสือพิมพ์เวียงจันทน์ใหม่ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการ์ตูนในหนังสือพิมพ์เวียงจันทน์ใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นหนังสือพิมพ์ที่ประชาชนนิยมอ่านอย่างแพร่หลาย โดยศึกษาในช่วงระยะ 1 ปี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เดือน มกราคม ถึง ฉบับประจำวันที่ 31 เดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2558 รวม 253 ฉบับ เป็นภาพการ์ตูนรวม 191 ภาพ

ผลการวิจัยในส่วนกลวิธีการใช้ภาษาเสียดสีของนักเขียนการ์ตูนพบว่านักเขียนการ์ตูนมีวิธีการใช้ภาษาเพื่อเสียดสีที่หลากหลาย ซึ่งปรากฏกลวิธีทางวัจนภาษา และกลวิธีทางอวัจนภาษา กลวิธีทางวัจนภาษาปรากฏ 9 กลวิธี ได้แก่ 1. การเล่นคำ 2. การสร้างคำใหม่ 3. การใช้คำไม่เจาะจงเป้าหมาย 4. การเสริมความ 5. การใช้ถ้อยคำนัยผกผัน 6. การเปรียบเทียบและเปรียบเทียบผิดแบบแผน 7. การใช้เครื่องหมาย และ8. การใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ ด้านกลวิธีทางอวัจนภาษาปรากฏ 3 รูปแบบได้แก่ 1. การใช้เครื่องแต่งกาย 2. การใช้ภาพสัตว์ 3. ขนาด และตำแหน่งของภาพ

ส่วนแนวคิดของนักเขียนการ์ตูนปรากฏ 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ แนวคิดการเมืองการปกครอง แนวคิดเรื่องความทันสมัย แนวคิดเรื่องครอบครัว แนวคิดเรื่องการข้ามพรมแดน แนวคิดเรื่อง AEC และแนวคิดเรื่องเพศ

ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ทำให้ทราบถึงแนวคิดสร้างสรรค์ของนักเขียนการ์ตูน ในการเสียดสีสังคม โดยการเลือกใช้กลวิธีที่หลากหลาย ทั้งการเลือกใช้ถ้อยคำภาษาและภาพประกอบเพื่อหลีกเลียงการกระทบโดยตรง นอกจากนี้ผู้เขียนการ์ตูนยังได้สอดแทรกอารมณ์ ความรู้สึกลงไป ซึ่งเป็นทางออกหนึ่งในการแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อประเด็นเหตุการณ์บ้านเมืองในช่วงเวลานั้นๆ
