Development a Program to Enhance Teacher’s Innovative and Technologies Design for Learning of School under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract

This research the objectives are: 1) to study the current condition desirable conditions and necessities of teacher development in the use of innovation and technology. for learning management in educational institutions under the office of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 3. 2) To develop a program to develop teachers in the use of innovation and technology. for learning management in educational institutions under the office of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 3, the research was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1, the study of current conditions. Desirable conditions and demands are necessary for the use of innovation and technology. for learning management in educational institutions under the office of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 3, the sample group consisted of 310 teachers using the ready-made table of Krejcie and Morgan Research instruments were questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Use innovation and technology for learning management in educational institutions. Under the office of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 3, by studying the guidelines for teacher development in using innovation and technology for learning management in educational institutions. From the best practices of the 3 schools, draft a program to develop teachers in the use of innovation and technology in learning management in educational institutions. by assessing the suitability and feasibility of 5 qualified persons. The tools used in the research were interview form and program assessment form. Statistics used in data analysis The research tools were interview form and program evaluation, mean, standard deviation.

The research found that:

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาครูด้านการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูด้านการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 การวิจับแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นด้านการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 310 คน โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie และ Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูด้านการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 โดยการศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาครูด้านการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา จากสถานศึกษาที่มีการปฏิบัติเป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน ร่างโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูด้านการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา โดยประเมินความเหมาะและความเป็นไปได้จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และการประเมินโปรแกรมโปรแกรม ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากสูงสุดไปต่ำสุด คือ ด้านกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการออกแบบ วางแผนจัดรูปแบบโครงสร้างของนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านดำเนินการสร้าง พัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการประเมินผลและการปรับปรุงแก้ไข ด้านการทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดเรียนรู้ก่อนนำไปใช้ ตามลำดับ สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ด้านการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากสูงสุดไปต่ำสุด คือ ด้านกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการออกแบบ วางแผนจัดรูปแบบโครงสร้างของนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านดำเนินการสร้าง พัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการทดลองใช้ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดเรียนรู้ก่อนนำไปใช้ ด้านการประเมินผลและการปรับปรุงแก้ไข ตามลำดับ

2. โปรแกรมพัฒนาครูด้านการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 มีองค์ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหาและวิธีพัฒนาครู 4) กระบวนการของโปรแกรม 5) การประเมินผล ขอบข่ายของเนื้อหาโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูด้านการออกแบบนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 ประกอบด้วย 5 Module ได้แก่ Module 1 การวิเคราะห์ กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ Module 2 การออกแบบ วางแผนจัดรูปแบบ โครงสร้างของนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ Module 3 การดำเนินการพัฒนาและใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดเรียนรู้ Module 4 การทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการจัดเรียนรู้ และ Module 5 การประเมินผลและการปรับปรุงแก้ไข จากการประเมินโปรแกรมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
