Kalayanamittadhamma 7 on Management of Chief Executives of Nong Ruea Sub-district Administrative Organizations Nong Ruea Sub-district, Nachuak District, Mahasarakham Province

Abstract

The study on “Administration Based on the Seven Principles of Kalyanamitta Dhamma in Chief Executive of Nong Ruea Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nong Ruea Subdistrict, Na Chueak District, Maha Sarakham Province,” aimed to study administration based on the Seven Principles of Kalyanamitta Dhamma in Chief Executive of Nong Ruea Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nong Ruea Subdistrict, Na Chueak District, Maha Sarakham Province; and to study suggestions of administration based on the Seven Principles of Kalyanamitta Dhamma in Chief Executive of Nong Ruea Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nong Ruea Subdistrict, Na Chueak District, Maha Sarakham Province. The samples included 346 involved persons of administration at Nong Ruea Subdistrict Administrative Organization, obtained by quota sampling. The instrument for data collection was a 30-item questionnaire with 5-point rating scale. Power of discrimination ranged from 0.31 to 0.77, with reliability of 0.94. The statistics for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and SD. The results revealed as follows.

1. For administration based on the Seven Principles of Kalyanamitta Dhamma in Chief Executive of Nong Ruea Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nong Ruea Subdistrict, Na Chueak District, Maha Sarakham Province, it was found that the overall mean was high, When considering each item, it was found that there were 6 aspects with high opinions and 1 with moderate opinion. They could be arranged from high to low respectively, i.e., Vacanakkhamo (Stay calm and patient), Vatta (Reasoning and convincing), Garu (Be respectful), No Catthane Niyojaye (Leadership), Piyo (Be endearing), and Gambhiranca Katham Katta (Make difficulty look easy).

2. For the suggestions of administration based on the Seven Principles of Kalyanamitta Dhamma in Chief Executive of Nong Ruea Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nong Ruea Subdistrict, Na Chueak District, Maha Sarakham Province, they were provided as follows. 2.1 Piyo: Be endearing with sympathy, understanding of personnel, good personalities, dress nicely, smiles, and hospitality. 2.2 Garu: Be respectful with suitable manners and steady emotions in all situations. Be a good role model for personnel, with morality and ethics. 2.3 Bhavaniyo: Look satisfying, with knowledge of a certain matter inside out. Do not hold to dictatorship but democracy. Catch up with changes. 2.4 Vatta: Reasoning and convincing, with being capable of clarification to make others understand, understandable and clear communication while assigning tasks, and good educational affairs development plans. 2.5 Vacanakkhamo: Be patient with words. Get ready to listen to advice. Be patient with all situations. And build advice administration networks. 2.6 Gambhiranca Katham Katta: Capable of clarifying profound subjects to be understandable, with the vision of administration and promote achievements of schools to public. 2.7 No Catthane Niyojaye: Leaders must not mislead others and must hold to morality.

การศึกษาเรื่อง การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมกัลยาณมิตรธรรม 7 ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองเรือ ตำบลหนองเรือ อำเภอนาเชือก จังหวัดมหาสารคาม มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมกัลยาณมิตรธรรม 7 ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองเรือ ตำบลหนองเรือ อำเภอนาเชือก จังหวัดมหาสารคาม และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมกัลยาณมิตรธรรม 7 ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองเรือ ตำบลหนองเรือ อำเภอนาเชือก จังหวัดมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการบริหารงานขอองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองเรือ จำนวน 346 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควต้า (Quota sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าซึ่งมี 5 ระดับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ 0.31 ถึง 0.77 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาปรากฏดังนี้

1. การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมกัลยาณมิตรธรรม 7 ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองเรือ ตำบลหนองเรือ อำเภอนาเชือก จังหวัดมหาสารคาม พบว่า โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 6 ด้าน และระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านวจนกฺขโม (ไม่โกรธง่าย อดทน) ด้านวตฺตาจ (ชี้แจงเหตุผล โน้มน้าวใจ) ด้านครุ (น่าเคารพ) ด้านโน จฎฺฐาเน นิโยชเย (มีความเป็นผู้นำ) ด้านปิโย (น่ารัก) และด้านคมฺภีรญฺจ กถํ กตฺตา (ทำเรื่องยากให้เป็นเรื่องง่าย)

2. ข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมกัลยาณมิตรธรรม 7 ของนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองเรือ ตำบลหนองเรือ อำเภอนาเชือก จังหวัดมหาสารคาม มีดังนี้ 2.1 ปิโย น่ารัก เข้าถึงจิตใจ มีนิสัยดีเข้าใจบุคลากร มีบุคลิกภาพดี แต่งกายเรียบร้อย และยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีอัธยาศัยไมตรีจิตดี 2.2 ครุ น่าเคารพ มีความประพฤติสมควรแก่ฐานะ อารมณ์หนักแน่นทุกสถานการณ์ เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่บุคลากร และมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม 2.3 ภาวนีโย น่าเจริญใจ มีความรู้จริง ต้องไม่เผด็จการในการสั่งงาน ผู้นำต้องมีความเป็นประชาธิปไตย และมีความรู้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง 2.4 วตฺตา รู้จักพูดให้ได้ผล รู้จักพูดชี้แจง ให้เข้าใจ สื่อสารเข้าใจง่ายเวลาสั่งงาน ชัดเจนและวางแผนพัฒนางานการศึกษาที่ดี 2.5 วจนกฺขโม ทนต่อถ้อยคำ พร้อมรับฟังคำปรึกษา มีความอดทนทุกสถานการณ์และสร้างเครือข่ายการบริหารให้คำปรึกษา 2.6 คมฺภีรญฺจ กถํ กตฺตา ชี้แจงเรื่องล้ำลึกให้เข้าใจได้ มีวิสัยทัศน์ในการบริหารงานและ มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ผลงานของโรงเรียนสู่สาธารณชน 2.7 โน จฏฺฐาเน นิโยชเย ผู้นำไม่ชักนำไปในทางที่เสื่อมเสียและต้องมีศีลธรรมประจำใจ
