Developing Management Models to Quality Organization in Buddhist Scripture Schools under The General Education Divition The Northeast

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the components and indicators of quality organization. of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department. 2) To study the current condition, desirable condition, and necessary needs for the development of a quality organization. of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department Northeast. 3) To develop a management model to become a quality organization of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department Northeast. 4) to study the results of using the management model to become a quality organization of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department Northeast. The research was divided into 4 phases: Phase 1: a study of components and indicators of management towards a quality organization; of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department. Assessment of the suitability of the components by qualified persons, 7 figures/person. Phase 2: Study of current conditions, desirable conditions, and necessary needs for the development of a quality organization. of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department Northeast. The sample group was the school director. Deputy Director of the school, department head and teacher of the Phrapariyatidhamma School group General Education Department, 327 photographs/person were obtained by stratified random sampling. Phase 3 Development of management style to become a quality organization of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department Northeast Verify the form by a qualified person, amounting to 9 photos/person. Phase 4: a study of the results of using the management model to become a quality organization of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department Northeast The informants were school administrators. Department Head and Teacher The instruments used in this research consisted of an interview form and a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. Index values of priority and need, modified t-test.

The findings were as follows :

1. Study of components and indicators of quality organization 43 indicators as follows: 1) Quality learners 9 indicators 2) Professional teachers 8 indicators 3) High performance schools 9 indicators 4) Strategic management 9 indicators Indicator 5) Community Participation 8 indicators Assessment results were at the highest level.

2. Current state of management to become a quality organization of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department Northeast Overall, it was at a high level. the desirable condition Overall, it was at a high level. The needs needed for development in descending order are: 1. Community participation, 2. Professional teachers, 3. Strategic management, 4. High-performance schools, 5. Quality learners, respectively.

3. Management style to become a quality organization of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department The Northeast Region is divided into 6 parts, namely Part 1: Principles and concepts and objectives, part 2, components to be a quality organization, consisting of 1) Quality Learners 2) Professional Teachers 3) High Performance Schools 4) Strategic Management 5) Community Participation Part 3 Implementation Guidelines Part 4 Management Process Part 5 Outcomes and Part 6 Conditions The results of the evaluation of the model were found to be appropriate. and there is a possibility at the highest level.

4. Implementing a management model to become a quality organization of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department Northeast. It was found that before using the management model to become a quality organization of Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department Overall, it was at a high level. การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันสภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 4) เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ประเมินความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 รูป/คน ระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันสภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หัวหน้าฝ่าย และครูผู้สอน ของกลุ่มโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จำนวน 327 รูป/คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น ระยะที่ 3 การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ตรวจสอบยืนยันรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 รูป/คน และระยะที่ 4 การศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าฝ่ายและครูผู้สอน เครื่องที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญและความต้องการจำเป็น แบบปรับปรุง t-test

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ 43 ตัวชี้วัด ดังนี้ 1) ผู้เรียนคุณภาพ 9 ตัวชี้วัด 2) ครูมืออาชีพ 8 ตัวชี้วัด 3) โรงเรียนสมรรถนะสูง 9 ตัวชี้วัด 4) การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ 9 ตัวชี้วัด 5) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน 8 ตัวชี้วัด ผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ 1. การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน 2. ครูมืออาชีพ 3. การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ 4. โรงเรียนสมรรถนะสูง 5. ผู้เรียนคุณภาพ ตามลำดับ

3. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ แบ่งเป็น 6 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 หลักการแนวคิด และวัตถุประสงค์ ส่วนที่ 2 องค์ประกอบสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้เรียนคุณภาพ 2) ครูมืออาชีพ 3) โรงเรียนสมรรถนะสูง 4) การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ 5) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ส่วนที่ 3 แนวทางการนำไปใช้ ส่วนที่ 4 กระบวนการบริหารจัดการ ส่วนที่ 5 ผลลัพธ์ และส่วนที่ 6 เงื่อนไข ผลการประเมินรูปแบบ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสม และมีความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

4. การใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พบว่า ก่อนการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนหลังการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นองค์กรคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
