The Development of Professional Learning Community SupervisionGuideline for Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools ofRoi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research article aimed to study the current situation, the desirable conditions and the needs of school supervision by using the concept of professional learning community for educational opportunity expansion schools of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample groups of this research were the school principle and teachers about 350 people who working under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 2. The research tool was a questionnaire to study the current situation, desirable conditions and the needs of supervision within schools using the concept of professional learning community for schools expanding educational opportunities under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The statistics used to analysis the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNI.

The results showed that the current state of school supervision using the concept of professional learning community for educational opportunity expansion schools under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. was at a moderate level overall. The desirable condition of school supervision using the concept of professional learning community for educational opportunity expansion schools under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 2, Overall it was at the highest level. The order of needs necessary to develop guidelines for supervision within schools using the concept of professional learning community for schools expanding educational opportunities under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, The order of needs (PNI) were in descending order (PNI), there were follow-up evaluation, supervision operations, the study of current conditions and supervision planning. The school supervision approach using the concept of professional learning community for schools expanding educational opportunities under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consists of 4 components and 22 approaches. The results of the appropriate and the possible assessment of the develop supervision within the school by using the concept of a professional learning community for schools to expand educational opportunities found that the guidelines were appropriate and the overall possibilities were at the highest level.

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 จำนวน 350 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ PNI

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาแนวทางการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI) จากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การประเมินผลติดตามผล การดำเนินการนิเทศ การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และการวางแผนการนิเทศ แนวการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ 22 แนวทาง ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของการพัฒนาการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา พบว่า แนวทางมีความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
