Developing a Program to Strengthens in Digital Leadership of School Administrators Under Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aims to; 1. Study current conditions, desirable condition and the need for digital leadership of school administrators under Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2.Develop a program to enhance digital leadership of school administrators Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research method was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1: Study current conditions, desirable condition and the need for digital leadership of school administrators under Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples used in this research were 136 school administrators under Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2022. The tools used to collect data were: questionnaires, statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation. Phase 2: Development of programs to enhance digital leadership of school administrators under Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The targets were 5 qualified school administrators through purposive sampling technique and research instrument was an assessment of appropriateness and feasibility of the program. The tools used to collect data were assessment forms. Statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation.

The research results are as follows:

1. The current state of digital leadership of educational institution administrators in three aspects was at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was Visionary as for the desirable state of digital leadership of school administrators. Overall, it was at the highest level. The aspect with the highest mean was Professionalism.

2. Digital leadership enhancement program for school administrators Under Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the components of the program consist of 1) principles 2) objectives/targets 3) contents of activities 4) methods of implementation 5) measurement and evaluation. Overall it is appropriate, it was at a high level and feasible,it was at the highest level respectively.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1.ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 2 2.พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 2 โดยใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยและพัฒนา แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 136 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 2 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินโปรแกรม 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวม 3 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความเป็นมืออาชีพ

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 2 มีองค์ประกอบของโปรแกรมประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์/เป้าหมาย 3) เนื้อหากิจกรรม 4) วิธีการดำเนินการ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ตามลำดับ
