Guidelines for the Development of School Curriculum using Participatory for Schools to Expand Educational Opportunities under the Office of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study current conditions desirable condition needs and develop a participatory curriculum development approach for schools to expand educational opportunities. The research was divided into 2 phases: phase 1: basic data study; The sample group consisted of administrators and teachers of 242 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire with an Index of Concordance (IOC) of 0.80-1.00, a discriminating power of 0.58-0.74, and a confidence of 0.96. The group of informants includes experts. There was 5 people assessing the approach. Statistics used in data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the required index value.

The results are as followed:

1. The current state of educational institution curriculum development using participation for schools to expand educational opportunities. Overall, it was at a high level. for desirable condition Overall, it was at the highest level. and quality supervision There is a need to perform the most.

2. The educational curriculum development guideline using participation for schools to expand educational opportunities consists of 39 approaches. is appropriate and feasible at the highest level.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ความต้องการจำเป็น และจัดทำแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโดยใช้การมีส่วนร่วม สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครู จำนวน 242 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.80-1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.58-0.74 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.96 ระยะที่ 2 การประเมินแนวทาง โดยกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ประเมินแนวทาง จำนวน 5 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโดยใช้การมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านการกำกับดูแลคุณภาพ มีความต้องการจำเป็นในการดำเนินการมากที่สุด

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโดยใช้การมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 39 แนวทาง โดยผลการประเมินของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า แนวทางการพัฒนา มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
