Development of the Academicaffairs Administration of the School Administrators in the Digital Era Under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed 1) study the current conditions, desirable conditions, and the needs assessment of developing guidelines for the academic administration of school administrators in the digital era under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) study the development of the academic administration of school administrators in the digital era. The research method was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 studied the current conditions, desirable conditions, and the needs assessment of developing guidelines for the academic administration of school administrators in the digital era under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group was 154 people administrators under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 which was drawn by stratified random sampling. The research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire. The reliability current conditions and desirable conditions of the questionnaire are 0.945 and 0.962, respectively. Phase 2, is the development of guidelines for the academic administration of school administrators in the digital era under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2. The informants were experts selected in the purposive selection method. The research instruments were interview forms and evaluation forms on the suitability and feasibility of the guidelines. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and modified priority index.

The results showed that;

1. The current conditions of academic administration of school administrators in the digital era under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 2, the overall level was at a moderate level. The areas with the highest average values ​​were the development of innovative media and educational technology. The desirable condition overall, was at a high level. The areas with the highest average values ​​were the development of innovative media and educational technology. The needs assessment of academic administration of school administrators in the digital era were ordered from most to least, including the development of educational institute curriculum, the development of innovative media and technology for education, education supervision, evaluation, teaching and learning management in educational institutions, development of the learning process, respectively.

2. Guidelines for the academic administration of school administrators in the digital era under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisted of 6 components and 32 approaches, namely 4 approaches for curriculum development, 5 approaches for teaching and learning in educational institutions, 5 approaches for learning process development, and 4 approaches for evaluation, 8 approaches for educational supervision, and 6 approaches for developing innovative media and technology for education. School management in the digital era under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the overall level was at the highest level.

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 โดยใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาใน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 จำนวน 154 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า (Rating scale) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ เท่ากับ 0.945 และ 0.962 ตามลำดับ ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิโดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัย

1. สภาพปัจจุบันทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ การพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ การพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา และความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล เรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา การนิเทศการศึกษา การวัดผลและประเมินผล การจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ

2. แนวการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 มีองค์ประกอบ 6 ด้าน และมีแนวทาง 32 แนวทาง ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 4 แนวทาง ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา 5 ทาง การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ 5 แนวทาง การวัดผลและประเมินผล 4 แนวทาง การนิเทศการศึกษา 8 แนวทาง การพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา 6 แนวทาง โดยการพัฒนาแนวทางโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุดและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
