Problems in social danger and violence against the elderly in Phonsa Subdistrict Administrative Organization Tha Bo District Nong Khai Province

Abstract

This research The objective was to study (1) to study the problems in terms of social hazards and violence against the elderly in Phon Sa Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Bo District, Nong Khai Province; (2) to study the attitudes of the stakeholders Individuals in the family, community, society and related agencies to solve problems in terms of social dangers and violence against the elderly in the area of Phon Sa Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Bo District, Nong Khai Province The sample group was A group of civil servants in Phon Sa Subdistrict Administrative Organization working on the elderly Community Leadership Group elderly group and elderly family members, totaling 20 people, using interview forms to collect data. Analyze data by grouping messages both the sections and subcategories.

The results of the research showed that;

1) Violence and social threats against the elderly in the area of Phon Sa Sub-district Administrative Organization, Tha Bo District, Province can be classified into violence against the elderly as follows: physical violence The study found that no mayhem There was no sexual harassment or forced labor of the elderly. psychological violence The study found that Elderly people feel that He has no value to his family. and social violence/social danger The results showed that There were no cases where the elderly were deceived to take their property. Or being deceived by fraudsters to take advantage or take the property and the elderly do not face problems in accessing rights or welfare provided by the state.

2) The causes of violence and social dangers to the elderly in Phon Sa Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Bo District, Nong Khai Province were found to be caused by the social structure. Economic structure and cultural structure.

3) Problems and obstacles in managing social threats and violence against the elderly in Phon Sa Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Bo District, Nong Khai Province, it was found that there were budget limitations that affected structural violence management. and concealment or incomplete information to officials.

4) Guidelines for managing social dangers and violence against the elderly in the Phon Sa Sub-district Administrative Organization, Tha Bo District, Nong Khai Province is to manage the operations related to the solution of violence against the elderly. Situations involving acts of violence or social threats to the elderly should be managed. And there should be management about the budget allocation of the Tambon Administrative Organization to solve the problem of social dangers to the elderly.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาในเชิงภัยทางสังคมและความรุนแรงต่อผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพนสา อำเภอท่าบ่อ จังหวัดหนองคาย และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง บุคคลในครอบครัว ชุมชน สังคมและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในเชิงภัยทางสังคมและความรุนแรงต่อผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพนสา อำเภอท่าบ่อ จังหวัดหนองคาย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ กลุ่มข้าราชการในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพนสาที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มผู้นำชุมชน กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ และคนในครอบครัวผู้สูงอายุ รวมทั้งสิ้น 20 คน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยจัดกลุ่มข้อความ (node/category) ทั้งส่วนที่เป็นหมวดหมู่ (categories) และหมวดหมู่ย่อย (subcategories)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1) ความรุนแรงและภัยทางสังคมต่อผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพนสา อำเภอท่าบ่อ จังหวัด สามารถจำแนกสภาพความรุนแรงต่อผู้สูง คือ ความรุนแรงทางด้านร่างกาย ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ไม่มีการทำร้ายร่างกาย ไม่มีการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศหรือการบังคับใช้แรงงานผู้สูงอายุแต่อย่างใด ความรุนแรงทางด้านจิตใจ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความรู้สึกว่าตนไม่มีคุณค่าต่อครอบครัว และความรุนแรงทางสังคม/ภัยทางสังคม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ไม่มีกรณีที่ผู้สูงอายุถูกหลอกลวงเพื่อเอาทรัพย์สินหรือถูกมิจฉาชีพหลอกเอาประโยชน์หรือเอาทรัพย์สินไป และผู้สูงอายุไม่ประสบกับปัญหาการเข้าถึงสิทธิหรือสวัสดิการที่ทางรัฐจัดให้

2) สาเหตุที่ก่อให้เกิดความรุนแรงและภัยทางสังคมต่อผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพนสา อำเภอท่าบ่อ จังหวัดหนองคาย พบว่า มีสาเหตุมาจากโครงสร้างทางสังคม โครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจ และโครงสร้างทางวัฒนธรรม

3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดการปัญหาภัยทางสังคมและความรุนแรงต่อผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพนสา อำเภอท่าบ่อ จังหวัดหนองคาย พบว่า มีข้อจำกัดของงบประมาณที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรุนแรงเชิงโครงสร้างและการปกปิดหรือให้ข้อมูลแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ครบถ้วน

4) แนวทางในการจัดการภัยทางสังคมและความรุนแรงต่อผู้สูงอายุในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพนสา อำเภอท่าบ่อ จังหวัดหนองคาย คือ ควรมีการจัดการเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแก้ไขปัญหาความรุนแรงต่อผู้สูงอายุ ควรมีการจัดการสถานการณ์เกี่ยวกับการกระทำความรุนแรงหรือภัยทางสังคมที่มีต่อผู้สูงอายุ และควรมีการจัดการเกี่ยวกับการจัดสรรงบประมาณขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในการแก้ไขปัญหาภัยสังคมต่อผู้สูงอายุ
