Developing an Academic Administration Guideline of Private Schools under the Office Private Education Commission

Abstract

This research article is part of the study on Developing an Academic Administration Guideline of Private Schools under the Office Private Education Commission The objectives of the research are as follows: to study the current condition. desirable condition and Priority need Index for development of guidelines for academic administration of private educational institutions. The sample consisted of 254 educational institute administrators and educational personnel. A 5-level scale questionnaire with tool quality values as follows: The Conformity Index was between 0.6–1.0. The total confidence was 0.95. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation and Priority needs Index.

The results showed that :

1. Current Conditions of academic administration of private educational institutions Overall was high level. Desirable Conditions of academic administration of private educational institutions Overall is at the highest level. Requirements for the development academic administration of private schools The order of necessity needs from least to greatest are as follows: curriculum development in educational institutions, measurement and evaluation, learning process development, and academic planning.

2. There are 12 guidelines for academic administration of private schools based on interviews with experts and assessment of suitability. Feasibility of the Guidelines Overall, the guidelines are feasible and their suitability is at a high level.

บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการศึกษาการพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยมีความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัย ดังนี้ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาเอกชน โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าคุณภาพเครื่องมือดังนี้ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง อยู่ระหว่าง 0.6–1.0 หาค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ ค่าความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาเอกชน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาเอกชน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาเอกชน มีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในสถานศึกษา ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ และด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการ

2. แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาเอกชน มี 12 แนวทางจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและการประเมินความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ของแนวทาง โดยรวมแนวทางมีความเป็นไปได้และความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก
