Guidelines for Developing an Effective Professional Learning Community for Educational Institutions under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area, Mahasarakham

Abstract

This research aims to study the current situation. desirable condition and needs and study ways to develop an effective professional learning community For educational institutions under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Maha Sarakham The combined research method was used, divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 was a study of current conditions. desirable condition and the needs of an effective professional learning community. The sample group was school director and deputy director of the school and 386 teachers by random stratification. The research tool was an estimation scale questionnaire. The second phase looked at ways to develop an effective professional learning community. The informant group consisted of 6 experts by purposive selection. The tool used was an interview form, while the data was analyzed using mean statistics. standard deviation Required demand index and using content analysis from interview data.

The research findings can be summarized as follows :

1. The results of the study of the current state of being an effective professional learning community overall were at a moderate level. And the results of the study of the desirable conditions of being an effective professional learning community were found to be at the highest level in all aspects. As for the results of the study of the needs of being an effective professional learning community, it was found that the aspect with the highest needs index was the aspect of promotion and support.

2. The results of the study of effective professional learning community development guidelines revealed that there were 5 developmental approaches, namely 1) 4 approaches for having a shared vision 2) 4 approaches for team cooperation 3 ) promotion and support, there are 4 approaches, 4) leadership, there are 4 approaches, and 5) exchange of experiences, there are 4 approaches, totaling 20 approaches. The results of suitability and feasibility assessment found that they were at the highest level in all aspects.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็น และศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่มีประสิทธิผล สำหรับสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ โดยระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพการพึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่มีประสิทธิผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และรองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 386 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ส่วนระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่มีประสิทธิผล กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 6 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่มีประสิทธิผลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และผลการศึกษาสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่มีประสิทธิผล พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน ส่วนผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่มีประสิทธิผล พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่มีประสิทธิผล พบว่า ได้แนวทางการพัฒนา 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน มี 4 แนวทาง 2) ด้านทีมร่วมแรงร่วมใจ มี 4แนวทาง 3) ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน มี 4 แนวทาง 4) ด้านภาวะผู้นำ มี 4 แนวทาง และ 5) ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ มี 4 แนวทางรวม 20 แนวทาง ส่วนผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน
