Developing a Program to Strengthen Learning Management Skills in Digital Era of Teacher under The Secondary Education Service Area Office Mahasarakham

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) study current conditions, desirable conditions, and the needs to strengthen learning management skills in digital era of teacher under the secondary education service area office mahasarakham and 2) develop a program strengthen learning management skills in digital era of teacher under the secondary education service Area office mahasarakham. The research method was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 was to study current conditions, desirable conditions, to learning management skills in digital era of teacher. The samples were 320 school administrators academic head and teachers under the secondary education service Area office mahasarakham through stratified random sampling technique and research instrument was scaling questionnaire. phase 2 was to develop a program to Strengthen learning management skills in digital era of teacher under the secondary education service area office mahasarakham. And evaluating the program by 5 experts through purposive sampling technique and research instrument was an assessment of appropriateness and feasibility of the program. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified priority index.

The results showed that;

1. The overall picture of current condition learning management skills in digital era of teacher under the secondary education service area office mahasarakham was at moderate level and the desirable condition of learning management skills in digital era of teacher under the secondary education service area office was at the highest level.

2. Program to strengthen learning management skills in digital era of teacher under the secondary education service Area office mahasarakham were consisted of 1) principle and importance 2) objective 3) content 4) development activities and 5) measurement and evaluation. The content consists of 4 modules : Module 1 Information and Communication Technology Skill, Module 2 Classroom Management Skill, Module 3 Learning Management Design Skill, Module 4 Measurement and Evaluation Skill. The results of overall program evaluation were high level appropriate and the possibilities are at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม การดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ด้านทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 320 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างด้านทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 1 คน และครู จำนวน 4 คน ที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันด้านทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ด้านทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ทักษะการจัดการชั้นเรียน ทักษะการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ทักษะการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้

2. การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการและความสำคัญ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา 4) วิธีการพัฒนา และ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล มี 4 Module ประกอบด้วย ทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ทักษะการจัดการชั้นเรียน ทักษะการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ทักษะการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ผลการประเมินโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ ในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
