Development Guidelines of Knowledge Management of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current condition and desirable condition of knowledge management of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26 2) to develop guideline knowledge management of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26. The scope of study: The research methodology was classified into three phases. The first phase was to study the current condition, desirable condition, and the needs of knowledge management of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26, The samples of research were 330 peoples consisted of academic administrators and teachers under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26 during academic year 2020, classified into 11 academic administrators and 319 teachers, defined the sample size using Krejcie and Morgan Table and Stratified Random Sampling. The second phase was to develop guideline knowledge management of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26, the targets of interview were 3 academic teachers from 3 schools, using purposive sampling method. The research instruments consisted of questionnaire, Interview form and guideline assessment form. The data were analyzed by mean, percentage and standard deviation.

The findings revealed that

1. studying the current condition, desirable condition and, and the needs of knowledge management of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26 found that the current condition of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26 was generally at the average total score, x̅ = 2.89, the desirable condition of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area 26 was generally at high total score, x̅ = 4.46 and the first three sorted by priority needs index (PNImodified) from most to least: sharing and exchange (PNImodified = 0.582), processing and selecting out (PNImodified = 0.560), and knowledge storage and access (PNImodified = 0.557).

2. The guideline knowledge management of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26 including 6 compositions: 1) knowledge identification, 2) knowledge creation and acquisition, 3) knowledge sharing, 4) knowledge codification and refinement, 5) knowledge storage and access, and 6) knowledge application. The result of development guideline of knowledge management of school under Secondary Education Service Area Office 26 was appropriate at the highest level, x̅ = 4.84. The possibility was at the highest level, x̅ = 4.81.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 ขอบเขตของการวิจัย การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 ปีการศึกษา 2563 รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 330 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 11 คน และครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 319 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเทียบจำนวนจากตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการสัมภาษณ์ประกอบด้วย ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่การจัดการความรู้ จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 3 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินแนวทาง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ร้อยละ (Percentage) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) (S.D.)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันการจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีค่า x̅ = 2.89 สภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่า x̅ = 4.46 และเรียงลำดับค่าความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) จากมากไปน้อย 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ (PNImodified = 0.582) ด้านการประมวลและกลั่นกรองความรู้ (PNImodified = 0.560) และด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้และการเข้าถึงความรู้ (PNImodified = 0.557)

2. แนวทางการจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการกำหนดความรู้ 2) ด้านการสร้างและแสวงหาความรู้ 3) ด้านการแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ 4) ด้านการประมวลและกลั่นกรองความรู้ 5) ด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้และการเข้าถึงความรู้ 6) ด้านการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ โดยผลการพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการความรู้ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีค่า x̅ = 4.84 ความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีค่า x̅ = 4.81
