The Guideline Development of Academic Administration in Learning Process Development for School in Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current state, the desirable state, and the modified priority needs state of academic administration in learning process development for school in Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization 2) to study the guideline for the development of academic administration in learning process development for school in Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization. The research was divided into two phases. The first phase was studying of the current state, the desirable state, and the modified priority needs state of academic administration in learning process development for school in Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample were 320 people who were 12 administrators, 308 teachers; selected by Stratified Random Sampling method. The research instrument used for collecting the data was the questionnaires. The second phase was the studying the guideline for the development of academic administration in learning process development for school in Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization. In this phase, were interviewed. The respondents were 5 of educational experts, sampling by purposive method. The research instrument used for collecting the data was suitability and possibility's evaluation form. The statistic used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results are as follow:

1. the current state of academic administration in learning process development for school in Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization was at moderate level (x̅ = 2.87) in overall. The desirable state of academic administration in learning process development for school in Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization was at a high level (x̅ = 4.32) in overall, and the mean of the modified priority needs index was planning of learning management, learning management, measurement and evaluation and curriculum analysis in order (x̅ = 0.50).

2. The result of the Guideline for the development of academic administration in learning process development for school in Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization, which including 4 elements 1) curriculum analysis, 2) planning of learning management, 3) learning management, 4) measurement and evaluation. The results of the Guideline for the development of academic administration in learning process development for school in Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative were suitability at a very high level (x̅ = 4.51) and the possibility was at the high level (x̅ = 4.47).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ผลจากการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 12 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 308 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 320 คน ได้มาโดยเทคนิคการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̅ = 2.87) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.32) และความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) เรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การวางแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ การจัดการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผลและการวิเคราะห์หลักสูตร (x̅ = 0.50)

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์หลักสูตร 2) การวางแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) การจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) การวัดและประเมินผล ผลการพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.51) และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.47)
