The Program to Enhance Digital Leadership Skills of the Administrators in Vocational Schools in Roi-et

Abstract

The proposes of this research were 1) to study the current state and desirable state of enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et 2) to develop the program to enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et. This research was separated into 2 phases. 1) to study the current state and desirable state of enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et. 2) to develop the program to enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et. The sample group were 214 administrators and teachers in vocational schools in Roi-et. and 7 educational experts. Research tools are: Questionnaire on current state, desirable state and the necessity of enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et, Focus Group form , Evaluation form for suitability and possibility of enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et. Statistics used in this study were average, mainly percentage and modified priority needs index.

The results of the study revealed as the following:

1. The current state of enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et. It was at a high level (x̅ = 33.83, S.D. = 0.78). Sorted in descending order as follows: Digital literacy, Digital Culture, Digital Vision, Digital Communication. And the desirable condition of enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et. It was at a high level (x̅ = 34.79, S.D. = 0.49). Sorted in descending order as follows: Digital Culture, Digital literacy, Digital Vision, Digital Communication.

2. The program to enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et. The components of the program are: 1) Principles and rationale, including concepts, related theories, current conditions, problems and importance of digital leadership skills. The goal that you want to achieve in the results of use the program to enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et. 3) Content scope structure consists of 4 modules as follows: Module 1 Digital Communication Module 2 Digital Vision Module 3 Digital Literacy Module 4 Digital Culture. The program to enhance digital leadership skills of the administrators in vocational schools in Roi-et suitability and possibility average were at highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด 2. เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด การดำเนินการเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความจำเป็นของทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด จำนวน 214 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบยืนยันโปรแกรม จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด แบบบันทึกการสนทนา และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก (x̅ = 3.83, S.D. = 0.78) เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ การรู้ดิจิทัล การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรดิจิทัล การมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล และการสื่อสารดิจิทัล สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด (x̅ = 34.79, S.D. = 0.49) เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรดิจิทัล การรู้ดิจิทัล การมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล และการสื่อสารดิจิทัล

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด องค์ประกอบของโปรแกรมได้แก่ 1) หลักการและเหตุผล ประกอบด้วย แนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพปัญหา และความสำคัญของทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัล 2) ความมุ่งหมาย ประกอบด้วย เป้าหมายที่ต้องการให้บรรลุผลในการใช้โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัล 3) โครงสร้างขอบข่ายเนื้อหา ประกอบด้วย 4 Module ดังนี้ Module 1 การสื่อสารดิจิทัล Module 2 การมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล Module 3 การรู้ดิจิทัล Module 4 การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรดิจิทัล 4) วิธีการพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การประเมินก่อนการพัฒนา การพัฒนา ประเมินหลังการพัฒนา5) สื่อ และ 6) การวัดและการประเมินผล ความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างทักษะภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 34.65, S.D. = 0.50)
