The Guidelines for the Development of School Administration in Digital Era under the Office of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of the research were; 1) to study the current conditions, the desirable conditions and the needs of a leadership in the digital age for school administrators in the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 2) to develop the guidelines for a leadership in the digital age for school administrators in the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were 144 school administrators and the deputies in the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were derived by stratified random sampling. The research tools were the rating-scale questionnaires 5 level, a semi-structured Interview form, and an assessment form of evaluating the guidelines. The statistics were analyzed by using mean and standard deviation.

The research results were as follow; The current conditions of a leadership in the digital age for school administrators in the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 revealed that all and each component was at high level. The desirable conditions of a leadership in the digital age for school administrators revealed that all and each component was at the highest level. And the needs of a leadership in the digital age for school administrators, ordered from the most to least as to open for new knowledges and building a society of wisdom. For the guidelines of a leadership in the digital age for school administrators in the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the result of overall guidelines evaluation was highest level appropriate and the possibilities was at the highest level. For the guidelines, it consisted of 5 components and 33 guidelines which can included Visionary Leadership There are 6 approaches, Digital Age Learning Culture There are 8 approaches, Excellence in Professional Practice There are 7 approaches, Systematic Improvement There are 6 approaches and Digital Citizenship There are 6 approaches.

วิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้รักษาการแทน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 จำนวน 144 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างและแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การปรับปรุงอย่างเป็นระบบ การพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 มีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีแนวทางการพัฒนาตามองค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล 5 องค์ประกอบ 33 แนวทาง สรุปได้ดังนี้ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ 6 แนวทาง ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้แบบโลกยุคดิจิทัล 8 แนวทาง ด้านการปฏิบัติเป็นเลิศอย่างมืออาชีพ 7 แนวทาง ด้านการปรับปรุงอย่างเป็นระบบ 6 แนวทาง และด้านการเป็นพลเมืองในยุคดิจิทัล 6 แนวทาง
