The Development of Guidance Activities Based on Multiple Intelligences Theory to Promote of the Career Awareness of Mathayomsuksa 5

Abstract

The objectives were to 1) develop guidance activities based on the concept of multiple intelligences to promote career awareness among students. 2) Study the results of developing career awareness of Mathayomsuksa 5 students by using guidance activities based on multiple intelligence concepts during pre-school and post-school activities. Study 3) to study the satisfaction of Mathayomsuksa 5 students towards learning guidance activities based on the concept of multiple intelligences to promote career awareness.

The samples in this research were 40 students in Mathayomsuksa 5/1, Strisuksa School, 2nd semester, academic year 2022, by cluster random sampling. The research tools were: 1) 10 plans for multi-intelligence guidance activities 2) Occupational Awareness Measurement Scale 3) Satisfaction questionnaire affecting guidance activities based on multiple intelligences to promote career awareness. Statistics used in data analysis: mean, standard deviation, percentage

The findings were as follows:

1. Occupational Awareness Scale in conjunction with the management of guiding karma based on the concept of multiple intelligences The generated efficiency was 86.29/82.30, which was higher than the 80 percent criterion.

2. Mathayomsuksa 5 students studying with a plan for organizing guidance activities based on the concept of multiple intelligences Occupational Awareness Score After learning was higher than before learning at statistical significance at .05.

3. Mathayomsuksa 5 students who learned through guidance activities based on the concept of multiple intelligences Satisfaction with learning management Overall, the average is 4.57, which is the highest level.

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรมแนะแนวตามแนวคิดพหุปัญญาเพื่อส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ด้านอาชีพของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ (E1/E2) ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) ศึกษาผลการพัฒนาความตระหนักรู้ด้านอาชีพของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ด้วยการใช้กิจกรรมแนะแนวตามแนวคิดพหุปัญญาระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีต่อการเรียนกิจกรรมแนะแนวตามแนวคิดพหุปัญญาเพื่อส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ด้านอาชีพ

ตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/1 โรงเรียนสตรีศึกษา ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 40 คน ได้โดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวตามแนวคิดพหุปัญญา จำนวน 10 แผน 2) แบบวัดความตระหนักรู้ด้านอาชีพ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีผลต่อการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวตามแนวคิดพหุปัญญาเพื่อส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ด้านอาชีพ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ร้อยละ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. แบบวัดความตระหนักรู้ด้านอาชีพ ร่วมกับการจัดการกรรมแนะแนวตามแนวคิดพหุปัญญา ที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 86.29/82.30 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80

2. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่เรียนด้วยแผนการจัดการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวตามแนวคิดพหุปัญญาา มีผลคะแนนความตระหนักรู้ด้านอาชีพ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05

3. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่เรียนรู้โดยการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวตามแนวคิดพหุปัญญา มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.57 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
