The Administration of Sangha administrators in Muang District, Khon Kaen Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the operation of Sangha Administration of Ecclesiastical officials in the Sangha Administration Area of Mueang khon kaen District. (2) to study the problems, obstacles, and recommendations for Sangha Administration of Ecclesiastical officials in the Sangha Administration Area of Mueang khon kaen District. This research was mixed research that included both quantitative research and qualitative research. By quantitative research, the samples were monks and novices in the Sangha Administration Area of Mueang khon kaen District. For the tools used to collect questionnaire data, they were analyzed using package programs for social science research. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. For the qualitative research, it was collected from in-depth interviews with key informants including six ecclesiastical officials. Interview data from 6 aspect study of Sangha administration of Ecclesiastical officials were analyzed.

The results indicated as follows:

The samples were 265 monks and novices in the Sangha Administration Area of Mueang khon kaen District. There were 265 respondents, representing 100%.

The monks and novices had opinions on the sangha administration of ecclesiastical officials in the Sangha Administration Area of Mueang khon kaen District. Overall, it was at a high level, with a mean of 3.71. When it was considered each aspect by sorting the mean from highest to lowest, it was found that the public welfare was at a high level with a mean of 3.87. In the aspect of welfare education, it was at a high level with a mean of 3.73. Next, in terms of public utilities and administration, they were at a high level with a mean of 3.69. In the field of propagation, it was at a high level with a mean of 3.68. Also, in religious education, it was at a high level with a mean of 3.61.

Problems relating to the sangha administration of ecclesiastical officials in the Sangha Administration Area of Mueang khon kaen District. Most monks and novices were under command, most of them had not seen executives or rulers perform the duties of administration to the fullest extent. However, if it was said by the overall picture including the various agencies to the operation and sangha administration of ecclesiastical officials in the Sangha Administration Area of Mueang khon kaen District. It was at a high level which showed that there was a plan, policy, and objectives in the administration nicely as well as putting the person in the work appropriately. Therefore, monks and novices or those under their command desired executives or supervisors at all levels to have good leadership and work efficiently with full of one's ability with sacrifice, unity, patience, and seeing the common interest as important.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินการการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะต่อการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมที่มีทั้งวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พระสงฆ์และสามเณรที่อยู่ในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญได้แก่ เจ้าคณะพระสังฆาธิการ จำนวน 6 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ทั้ง 6 ด้าน ของพระสังฆาธิการ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

กลุ่มตัวอย่าง พระสงฆ์และสามเณรที่อยู่ในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จำนวน 265 รูป มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 265 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100

พระสงฆ์และสามเณรมีความคิดเห็นของพระสงฆ์และสามเณรการดำเนินการต่อการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.71 เมื่อพิจารณาในรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.87 ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.73 ด้านการสาธารณูปการและด้านการปกครอง อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.69 ด้านการเผยแผ่ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.68 ด้านการศาสนศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.61

ปัญหาการดำเนินการต่อการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น พระสงฆ์และสามเณรเป็นผู้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับบัญชาส่วนใหญ่ยังไม่เห็นผู้บริหารหรือผู้ปกครองทำหน้าที่ในการบริหารอย่างเต็มกำลังความสามารถ แต่หากกล่าวโดยภาพรวมถึงหน่วยงานต่างๆต่อการดำเนินการต่อการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่นอยู่ในระดับมาก แสดงว่ามีการวางแผน นโยบายและวัตถุประสงค์ ในการบริหารงานได้เป็นอย่างดีตลอดถึงการวางตัวบุคคลในการทำงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม ดังนั้น พระสงฆ์และสามเณรหรือผู้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับบัญชาต้องการให้ผู้บริหารหรือผู้บังคับบัญชาทุกระดับชั้นมีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำที่ดีและทำงานอย่างเต็มความสามารถของตนเอง ด้วยความเสียสละ สามัคคี อดทนและเห็นประโยชน์ส่วนรวมเป็นสำคัญ
