Opinions on Affecting Factors on The Effectiveness of The Prevention and Mitigation in Phu-Khieo District, Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study, compare and correlation The Opinion of Factors Affecting Performance In Prevention And Relief Of Public Disaster Among The Civil Defence Volunteers In Municipalities In Phu-khiao District Chaiyaphum Province. The study of people's opinion were eligible for election In Municipalities In Phu-khiao District Chaiyaphum Province the 250 people. The 5 rating scale questionnaires and structured interviews are used in this research. item discrimination powers ranging from 0.32 to 0.75 and the reliability of 0.95. The statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation t – test, F – test and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results of the study are as follows. 1. The analysis of the Opinion of Factors Affecting Performance In Prevention And Relief Of Public Disaster Among The Civil Defence Volunteers In Municipalities In Phu-khiao District Chaiyaphum Province at a Medium level. 2. The Performance In Prevention And Relief Of Public Disaster Among The Civil Defence Volunteers In Municipalities In Phu-khiao District Chaiyaphum Province at a Medium level. 3. The people with differences in gender, age and status did not show different opinions about the factors Affecting Performance In Prevention And Relief Of Public Disaster Among The Civil Defence Volunteers In Municipalities In Phu-khiao District Chaiyaphum Province. However, the people with differences in education level and income different opinions involving the factors Affecting Performance In Prevention And Relief Of Public Disaster Among The Civil Defence Volunteers In Municipalities In Phu-khiao District Chaiyaphum Province at the .05 level of significance. 4. การศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบ และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการปฏิบัติงานกับความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำนวน 250 คน ซึ่งใช้วิธีการสุ่มโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าซึ่งมี 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .32 ถึง .77 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยวิธี t – test (Independent Samples), F – test (One-Way Anova) และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient) ผลการศึกษาปรากฏ ดังนี้ 1. ความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยของบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิ พบว่า โดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยของบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิ พบว่า โดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ทั้ง 9 แห่ง ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ที่มี เพศ อายุ ตำแหน่งที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนบุคลากรที่มีระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ต่อเดือนต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ทั้ง 9 แห่ง ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ที่มี เพศ อายุ ตำแหน่ง และรายได้ต่อเดือนที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนบุคลากรที่มีระดับการศึกษาที่ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการปฏิบัติงานกับความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ของบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอภูเขียว จังหวัดชัยภูมิ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
