The development of online lessons using the SQ4R technique to enhance students' reading comprehension skills at the upper secondary level Non-Formal Education Mueang Nong Bua Lam Phu District

Abstract

The research aims to: 1) develop and find the efficiency of online lessons using the SQ4R technique to promote reading comprehension skills of Non – Formal and In Formal education students, Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District at the high school level developed with efficiency in the criterion of 80/80 2) compare the reading comprehension skills of students between before and after learning with online lessons using the SQ4R technique to promote reading comprehension skills of Non – Formal and In Formal education students, Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District at the high school level. 3) compare scores between before and after learning with online lessons using the SQ4R technique to promote reading comprehension skills of Non – Formal and InFormal education students, Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District at the high school level. 4) study the satisfaction of Non – Formal students with online lessons using the SQ4R technique to promote reading comprehension skills of Non – Formal and InFormal education students, Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District at the high school level. The sample group used in this study included high school students who are studying in the first semester of the academic year 2023 a total of 30 people were obtained using the cluster random sampling method (Cluster Random Sampling). The research tools include: 1) Online lessons using the SQ4R technique to promote reading comprehension skills of Non – Formal and InFormal education students, Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District at the high school level. 2) Reading comprehension skills test between before and after learning by multiple choice test 20 questions. 3) Academic achievement test between before and after learning by multiple choice 30 questions. 4) Satisfaction survey of Non – Formal students with the development of online lessons using the SQ4R technique to promote reading comprehension skills of Non – Formal and In Formal education students, Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District at the high school level. Data analysis used mean, standard deviation, percentage, and hypothesis testing using a dependent t-test.

The research found that 1) The development of online lessons designed by experts found that the expert's opinions on the overall online lessons are at a very appropriate level ( x̅ = 4.43, S.D. = 0.61 ) and the expert's opinions on the content of online lessons are at a very appropriated level ( x̅ = 4.38, S.D. = 0.57) when considering both aspects found that the contents of the online lessons meet the learning objectives and is consistent with the activity organizing process according to the SQ4R theory, thus making the quality of online lessons have a very reasonable overall average. 2) Online lessons using SQ4R techniques to promote reading comprehension skills of Non – Formal and In Formal education students, Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District at the high school level still had an efficiency equal to 80.11/82.78 which is by the specified criteria. 3) Students' academic achievement after studying was higher than before studying at a statistical significance of .05 4) Students had scores on reading comprehension skills after studying with online lessons higher than before studying statistically significant at the .05 level and 5) Students are satisfied with learning with online lessons. Overall, it is at the most satisfactory level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนออนไลน์ โดยใช้เทคนิค SQ4R เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอเมืองหนองบัวลำภู ที่พัฒนาขึ้นที่มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักศึกษา ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ โดยใช้เทคนิค SQ4R เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอเมืองหนองบัวลำภู 3) เปรียบเทียบคะแนนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยแบบทดสอบทางการเรียน บทเรียนออนไลน์ โดยใช้เทคนิค SQ4R เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอเมืองหนองบัวลำภู 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ โดยใช้เทคนิค SQ4R เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอเมืองหนองบัวลำภู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) บทเรียนออนไลน์ โดยใช้เทคนิค SQ4R เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอเมืองหนองบัวลำภู 2) แบบวัดทักษะการอ่านจับใจความ ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน โดยเป็นแบบทดสอบปรนัย 20 ข้อ 3) แบบทดสอบทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน โดยเป็นแบบทดสอบปรนัย 30 ข้อ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา ที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ โดยใช้เทคนิค SQ4R เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สังกัดศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอเมืองหนองบัวลำภู การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ร้อยละ และการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ t-test dependent ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์ด้านการออกแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อบทเรียนออนไลน์โดยรวมนั้น อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก ( x̅ = 4.43 , S.D. = 0.61 ) และความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อบทเรียนออนไลน์ด้านเนื้อหา อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก ( x̅ = 4.38 , S.D. = 0.57) เมื่อพิจารณาทั้ง 2 ด้าน พบว่าเนื้อหาของบทเรียนออนไลน์นั้นตรงตามจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้และสอดคล้องกับกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมตามการเรียนการสอนตามทฤษฎี SQ4R จึงทำให้คุณภาพบทเรียนออนไลน์มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมที่มีความเหมาะสมมาก 2) บทเรียนออนไลน์ที่ใช้เทคนิค SQ4R เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักศึกษา กศน.อำเภอเมืองหนองบัวลำภู ในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ยังมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 80.11/82.78 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 3) นักศึกษามีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) นักศึกษามีคะแนนของการวัดทักษะการอ่านจับใจความหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 5) นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนออนไลน์ โดยรวมแล้วอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด
