THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ONLINE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

Abstract

This research aims to develop the account management online system for Preform Limited Partnership. This system can manage the purchase, sale of goods, stock management in the warehouse. manage receivables manage creditors Account management and reporting. PHP, HTML and MySQL software used to manage relational databases were utilized to develop this system. Not only black-box testing is used to evaluate the performance of this system. But it also uses a 5-point rating form to assess employee satisfaction with each function.Black box system testing results In total, there are 17 screen tests, including testing, input data, expected results, and results.There were 57 data points. It was found that the data that came out of the test were as expected and without errors. The evaluation part from users is at a good level.
