Cannabis Wisdom: A Therapeutic discourse Under the context of the State and Contemporary Society

Abstract

This research aims to study the wisdom of cannabis. In the context of contemporary society and to study the discourse on cannabis wisdom and disease treatment. Within the context of the state and contemporary society, it is a qualitative study. The target group was a community group of 25 people, a community enterprise group of 15 people, and a hospital group of 15 people through observation, interviews, group discussions, and workshops. Then the data is analyzed and synthesized according to theoretical concepts, and present descriptive information.

The results of the research found that 3 research fields have similar cannabis wisdom in cultivation. To make cannabis with the most suitable potential to be processed into medicinal products for treatment. Disease with hope when used to treat patients For example, from Field 1, there is a special technique that makes cannabis plants, etc. Fully plump and able to produce flowers from the base of the plant to the top with the technique of trimming the leaves and breaking the fresh inflorescences to incubate the CBD content to increase the healing effect when processed into cannabis oil of coconut water. งานวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาภูมิปัญญากัญชา ในบริบทสังคมร่วมสมัย และวาทกรรมภูมิปัญญากัญชากับการรักษาโรค ภายใต้บริบทของรัฐและสังคมร่วมสมัย เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ มีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ กลุ่มชุมชน จำนวน 25 คน กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน 15 คน และกลุ่มโรงพยาบาล จำนวน 15 คน ด้วยการสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ การอภิปรายกลุ่ม และการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎี และนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สนามวิจัย 3 สนาม มีภูมิปัญญากัญชาที่มีความใกล้เคียงกันในการปลูกเพื่อให้เป็นกัญชาที่มีศักยภาพที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในการนำมาแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ทางยาเพื่อการรักษาโรคอย่างหวังผลเมื่อนำไปรักษาผู้ป่วย เช่นจากสนามที่ 1 นั้น มีเทคนิคพิเศษที่ทำให้ต้นกัญชาเป็นต้นอวบใหญ่สมบูรณ์และทำดอกได้ตั้งแต่โคนต้นจนถึงยอดด้วยเทคนิคการทริมใบและการหักช่อดอกบ่มสด เพื่อบ่มสารซีบีดีให้เพิ่มสูงขึ้นเพื่อให้เห็นผลต่อการรักษาเมื่อแปรรูปเป็นน้ำมันกัญชา หรือน้ำมะพร้าวกัญชาเพื่อการรักษา ที่เป็นภูมิปัญญาเฉพาะของอินแปง ก่อนการเก็บช่อดอก ส่วนภูมิปัญญาจากสนามที่ 2 พบการแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์สู่ตลาดที่มีการตอบรับอย่างสูงสร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ ให้กับวิสาหกิจและสมาชิก คือกัญชาพร้อมดื่ม และอมยิ้มพร้อมทำละลายในน้ำร้อน ใช้ดื่มเพื่อบำรุงร่างกายตราไฟน์เฮิร์บ ที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา หรือ อย. ที่สามารถจัดจำหน่ายได้อย่างถูกกฎหมายในท้องตลาด และภูมิปัญญากัญชาที่สำคัญของสนามที่ 3 นั้นคือการแปรรูปเป็นยาน้ำมันกัญชา 3 สูตรอันได้แก่ สุขไสยยาสน์ สนั่นไตรภพ และสูตรหมอเดชา เพื่อส่งให้โรงพยาบาลการแพทย์แผนไทยทั่วประเทศ เพื่อนำไปแจกจ่ายให้กับผู้ป่วยที่เลือกการรักษาโรคด้วยการแพทย์แผนกัญชา

ส่วนวาทกรรมภูมิปัญญากัญชากับการรักษาโรคในบริบทสังคมร่วมสมัยนั้น พบว่าไม่ว่ากัญชาจะเป็นอย่างไรในสังคมของผู้ป่วยในปัจจุบันนั้น ยังมีความต้องการการรักษาจากแพทย์แผนกัญชาและยาน้ำมันกัญชาจากการแปรรูปจากต้นกัญชาอยู่ค่อนข้างมาก โดยหวังเพียงให้หายจากโรคร้าย ไม่เพียงแค่มะเร็ง ยังมีโรคไม่ติดต่อเช่น เบาหวาน พาคินสัน และดูแลสุขภาพให้เป็นปกติอีกด้วย
