MACRO Model Learning Management on Ability in the Scientific Explanation Making of Grade 11 Students in Biology

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop MACRO Model Learning Management with a required efficiency of 75/75 and 2) to develop the Scientific Explanation Ability of Grade 11 Students who have been taught by MACRO Model Learning Management to pass the excellent level. The samples group was 36 studets of class 5/2 in the 2nd semester of 2023 academic year from a school Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kalasin. The research instruments were: 1) the 6 MACRO Model Learning Management plans on Respiratory System for 9 hour with 4.21 to 4.59 appropriateness level and 2) the Scientific Explanation Ability test with subjective test, totally 6 items with the consistency index value ranged from 0.67-1.00. The data analysis statistics included mean, standard deviation and percentage.

The results were as follows: 1) The efficiency value of MACRO Model Learning Management to Grade 11 Students's Scientific Explanation Ability was 78.89/77.24, which was higher than the assigned criterion of 75/75 and 2) Development of Scientific Explanation Ability of Grade 11 Students with MACRO model Learning Management. The average score of Scientific Explanation Ability was 27.81 from a full score of 36, representing 77.24 percent. There were 36 students who passed the criteria of excellent level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบ MACRO Model ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 หลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบ MACRO Model ให้ผ่านเกณฑ์ในระดับดีมาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/2 จำนวน 36 คน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จากโรงเรียนแห่งหนึ่ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบ MACRO Model วิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง ระบบหายใจ จำนวน 6 แผน 9 ชั่วโมง มีค่าความเหมาะสมอยู่ระหว่าง 4.21-4.59 และ 2) แบบวัดความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ แบบอัตนัย จำนวน 6 ข้อ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และร้อยละ

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1) ผลการวิเคราะห์หาประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบ MACRO Model ที่ส่งเสริมความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 78.89/77.24 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 75/75 และ 2) นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่เรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบ MACRO Model มีคะแนนความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 27.81 จากคะแนนเต็ม 36 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 77.24 มีนักเรียนที่คะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์ในระดับดีมาก 36 คน
