Factors Affecting the tendency of decision to study for students of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools in General Education Division Group 9

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: 1) synthesize factors that affect tendencies in students' decision for admission to the Phrapriyattidhamma school in general division education group 9 2) Study the relationship between students' backgrounds and tendencies in students' decision for admission to the Phrapriyattidhamma school in general division education group 9. 3) Study the level of factors that affect the tendency in students' decisions for admission to the Phrapriyattidhamma school in general division education group 9. 4) Study guidelines for promoting students' decisions for admission to the Phrapriyattidhamma school in general division education group 9. There are three phases: Phase 1: Synthesis of factors that affect the tendency in students' decisions for admission to the Phrapriyattidhamma school in general division education group 9. Phase 2: Study the relationship between students' backgrounds and tendencies to make decisions, and study the level of factors that affect students' decisions to decide on admission to the Phrapriyattidhamma School in general division education group 9. The sample group is students of the Phrapriyattidhamma school in general division education group 9, Mathayomsuksa 3, Semester 2, Academic Year 2022, 230 people, and Phase 3, a study of guidelines for promoting students' decision for admission to the Phrapriyattidhamma school in general division education group 9. The research instruments are interviews and questionnaires. Statistics used to analyze data include percentage, average, standard deviation and Chi-Square Test statistics.

The results of the research showed that: 1. Teachers and parents of students in the Phrapariyattham School group see that factors affect the tendency in students' decisions for admission to Phrapariyattham in general division education group 9 consists of (1) People, (2) Price, (3) Course, (4) Place, and (5) Social.

2. The student's background correlates with the tendency of the student's decision for admission to the Phrapriyattidhamma School in general division education group 9, which has all aspects statistically significant at. 05.

3. Factors affecting the tendency in students' decisions for admission to the Phrapriyattidhamma School in general division education group 9 On the whole, five factors have a high average (X ̅ = 4.44).

4. Guidelines for Promoting Students' Decision to Attend Phrapriyattidhamma School in general division education group 9 1) Parents and students should be encouraged to understand the context of the school, such as scholarships and tuition fees, 2) There should be a system for selection, promotion and development of teachers to have knowledge and ability to manage teaching and be good role models for students, 3) Administrators should be encouraged and developed to be executives and professionals, 4) Curriculum should be adjusted to be flexible and learning outcomes clearly defined. 5) Teaching materials should be provided to be ready and up-to-date. 6) Alumni should be honored so that students can be inspired to pursue further education. 7) Guidance teachers should be emphasized. To provide guidance and supervision to monitor and pay attention to students in each school thoroughly.

งานวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแนวโน้มการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภูมิหลังของนักเรียนกับแนวโน้มการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 3) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแนวโน้มการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 4) ศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 แบ่งการศึกษาออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การสังเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแนวโน้มการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 ระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภูมิหลังของนักเรียนกับแนวโน้มการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อ และศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแนวโน้มการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 230 รูป และระยะที่ 3 การศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ (Chi – Square Test)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ครูและผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมเห็นว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแนวโน้มการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 ประกอบด้วย (1) ปัจจัยด้านบุคคล (People) (2) ปัจจัยด้านการเงิน (Price) (3) ปัจจัยด้านหลักสูตร (Course) (4) ปัจจัยด้านสถานที่ (Place) และ (5) ปัจจัยด้านสังคม (Social)

2. ภูมิหลังของนักเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กับแนวโน้มในการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 ครบทุกด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแนวโน้มการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅= 4.44)

4. แนวทางการส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา เขต 9 1) ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนเข้าใจบริบทของโรงเรียน เช่น ทุนการศึกษาและค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษา 2) ควรมีระบบการคัดเลือก ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาครูให้มีความรู้ความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนการสอนและเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่นักเรียน 3) ควรส่งเสริมและพัฒนาผู้บริหารให้เป็นนักบริหารมืออาชีพ 4) ควรมีการปรับหลักสูตรให้มีความยืดหยุ่นและกำหนดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ให้ชัดเจน โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนที่ไม่ใช่เพศบรรพชิตได้เรียนร่วมด้วย 5) ควรจะมีการจัดหาสื่ออุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนให้มีความพร้อมและทันสมัย 6) ควรมีการเชิดชูเกียรติศิษย์เก่าเพื่อให้นักเรียนเกิดแรงบันดานใจในการศึกษาต่อ 7) ควรมีการเน้นการจัดให้มีครูแนะแนวขึ้นเป็นการเฉพาะ เพื่อทำการแนะแนวนิเทศก์ติดตามและเอาใจใส่นักเรียนแต่ละโรงเรียนได้อย่างทั่วถึง
