The Development of Flipped Classroom Learning Activities with Graphic Organizer Teachnique of Enhancing Conceptual Understanding on Circulatory and Lymphatic Systems of Mathayomsuksa 5 Students

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop 1) learning activities in biology on the topic of the Circulatory System and Lymphatic System of Mathayomsuksa 5 students by using a Flipped Classroom with a Graphic Organizer Technique to be effective according to the 70/70 criteria. 2) To develop the Conceptual Understanding of Mathayomsuksa 5 students on the topic of the Circulatory System and Lymphatic System by organizing Flipped Classroom learning together with Graphic Organizer Technique to reach the complete Concept level (SU). The Samples of this study were Mathayomsuksa 5/10 students at Sarakhampittayakom School. Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission Mahasarakham Educational Service Area, Area 1, Semester 2, Academic Year 2023, The number of 40 people was obtained from Cluster Random Sampling. The instruments used in this study were; 1) 9 learning plans for a Flipped Classroom with a Graphic Organizer Technique 2) a Conceptual Understanding Test and 3) a learning Achievement Test. The Statistics used for analyzing data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

1) The Effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom learning plan combined with the Graphic Organizer Technique to promote Understanding of Concepts on the Circulatory System and Lymphatic System of Mathayomsuksa 5 students had efficiency according to the criteria equal to 87.34/82.94, which is higher than the 70/70 percent.

2) Mathayomsuksa 5 students after studying with in a Flipped Classroom with Graphic Organizer Technique here were 22 students who took a Conceptual Understanding test at the level of complete Sound understanding (SU). Students had a Conceptual Understanding of Sound understanding / Partial understanding (SU/PU) and 4 students had Conceptual understanding at the conceptual understanding at the Partial understanding (PU).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง ระบบหมุนเวียนเลือดและระบบน้ำเหลือง ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้ห้องเรียนกลับด้านร่วมกับเทคนิคผังกราฟิกให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 70/70 2) เพื่อพัฒนาความเข้าใจมโนทัศน์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 เรื่อง ระบบหมุนเวียนเลือดและระบบน้ำเหลืองด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้ห้องเรียนกลับด้านร่วมกับเทคนิคผังกราฟิกให้ถึงระดับมโนทัศน์ที่สมบูรณ์ (SU) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/10 โรงเรียนสารคามพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 40 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ห้องเรียนกลับด้านร่วมกับเทคนิคผังกราฟิก จำนวน 9 แผน แบบวัดความเข้าใจมโนทัศน์และแบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย เเละส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยว่า

1) ประสิทธิภาพแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ห้องเรียนกลับด้านร่วมกับเทคนิคผังกราฟิกเพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้าใจมโนทัศน์ เรื่อง ระบบหมุนเวียนเลือดและระบบน้ำเหลือง ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ เท่ากับ 87.34/82.94 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ70/70

2) นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่เรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้ห้องเรียนกลับด้านร่วมกับเทคนิคผังกราฟิก พบว่า มีความเข้าใจมโนทัศน์อยู่ในระดับความเข้าใจโนทัศน์สมบูรณ์ (SU) จำนวน 22 คน มีความเข้าใจมโนทัศน์อยู่ในระดับมโนทัศน์สมบูรณ์/มโนทัศน์บางส่วน (SU/PU) จำนวน 4 คน และมีความเข้าใจมโนทัศน์อยู่ในระดับมโนทัศน์บางส่วน (PU) จำนวน 12 คน
