The Development of Teaching Enhancement Program in Digital Era for Early Childhood Teachers Udon Thani 3 Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) study current state, study the current state, desirable conditions, and requirements for learning experiences management in the digital era for early childhood teachers under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 2) develop an enrichment program to enhance learning experiences in the digital era of early childhood teachers under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research sample consisted of 201 teachers from Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. These were obtained by sample size determination through Krejcie and Morgan’s chart and collected by stratified random sampling technique based on districts and simple random sampling. The tools used in the research included a five-rating scale questionnaire, semi-structured interviews, and an evaluation of feasibility. The statistics used in this research were averages and standard deviations.

The results of the research are as follows:

1. The current state of the digital learning experiences of early childhood teachers under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was found to be at a moderate level. Additionally, the desirable conditions of learning experience management in the digital era of early childhood teachers under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were observed at the highest level. Furthermore, the priority necessity of organizing learning experiences in the digital age of early childhood teachers under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, in descending order, as follows: 1) Knowledge and understanding of the digital era 2) Communication in the digital era, and Learning management in the digital era respectively.

2. The enrichment program enhancing learning experiences in the digital era of early childhood teachers under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 consists of the following components: 1) Principles 2) Objectives, and 3) content, including three modules: Module 1 - Knowledge and Understanding of the Digital Era, Module 2 - Communication in the Digital Era, and Module 3 - learning management in the digital era, 4) enrichment activities including tour key activities, and 5) assessment and evaluation consisting of three issues. The experts considered that the overall program is highly appropriate and highly feasible.

การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครูปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครูปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 201 คน การกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้มาโดยการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครซี่และมอรแกน และการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครูปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครูปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครูปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 สูงสุดคือ ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจยุคดิจิทัล รองลงมาคือ ด้านการสื่อสารยุคดิจิทัล และด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัล ตามลำดับ

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลของครูปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 3 มีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) หลักการ 2) จุดมุ่งหมาย 3) เนื้อหา ประกอบด้วย 3 โมดูล ได้แก่ โมดูล 1 ความรู้ความเข้าใจยุคดิจิทัล โมดูล 2 การสื่อสารยุคดิจิทัล และโมดูล 3 การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัล 4) กิจกรรมพัฒนา มี 5 วิธีพัฒนา 5) การวัดและประเมินผล ประกอบด้วยการประเมิน 3 ประเด็น ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเห็นว่าโปรแกรมโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากที่สุด ตามลำดับ
