The Impact of Digital Accountant Skills on Success Accounting Career in The Northeast of Thailand

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the Impact of Digital Accountant Skills on Success in Accounting Careers in the Northeast of Thailand. Questionnaires were used as a tool to collect data and were responded to by 83 company accountants in the northeast of Thailand. The statistical techniques used for data analysis were the F-test (ANOVA and MANOVA), multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis.

According to the analysis of relationships and effects, it was found that: 1. Digital accountant skills in Hard Skills have a positive relationship with and impact on overall success in accounting careers, job careers, job quality, and job satisfaction. 2. Digital accountant skills in Soft Skills have a positive relationship with and impact on overall success in accounting careers and job satisfaction.

In summary, Digital accountant skills have a positive relationship with and impact on the success of accounting careers of accountants in the northeast of Thailand. Therefore, accountants in the northeast of Thailand should give importance to skills in various areas to increase success in work and should develop skills to increase capabilities in other areas related to their work. This will lead to job opportunities and changes in higher work positions.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของทักษะนักบัญชียุคดิจิทัลที่มีต่อความสำเร็จในการทำงานของนักบัญชีบริษัทในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักบัญชีบริษัทในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย จำนวน 83 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ t-test F-test (ANOVA และ MANOVA) การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่าย และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ

จากการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบพบว่า 1)ทักษะนักบัญชียุคดิจิทัล ด้านทักษะทางวิชาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการทำงานโดยรวม ด้านความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ ด้านคุณภาพของงาน และด้านความพึงพอใจในงาน 2)ทักษะนักบัญชียุคดิจิทัล ด้านทักษะการจัดการอารมณ์และความคิด มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการทำงานโดยรวม และด้านความพึงพอใจในงาน

โดยสรุป ทักษะนักบัญชียุคดิจิทัล มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับ ความสำเร็จในการทำงาน ของนักบัญชีบริษัทในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย ดังนั้น นักบัญชีบริษัทในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย จึงควรควรให้ความสำคัญกับทักษะในด้านต่าง ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มความสำเร็จในการทำงาน และควรพัฒนาทักษะเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถด้านอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานและนำไปสู่โอกาสในการทำงานและการเปลี่ยนแปลงในตำแหน่งหน้าที่การทำงานที่สูงขึ้น
