A Development of Training Curriculum to Fundraising for Education in Basic School Ministry of Education

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) To study current condition of the school in fundraising for education. 2) To study best practices in successful schools for fundraising. 3) To develop training curriculum for fundraising for education. For basic school administrators ministry of education. 4) To study the effect of using knowledge gained from training to fundraising for education. With the use of training courses, fundraising for education. The sample included the school administrators, teachers involved in fundraising and chairmen of basic education committees. The research instruments used were survey data, observation questionnaire, analytical interview, data analysis, document analysis, end-to-end and end-of-course assessments and the training program examines the list. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

The research findings revealed that :

1. Current condition of the school in education funding, the most sought-after training is planning a powerful fundraising project at the highest level.

2. Best practices in successful schools for fundraising. It has been found that the fundraising element of a successful fundraising institution will require 3 steps, 18 elements.

3. Development of educational fundraising training curriculum for basic school administrators ministry of education It was found that the curriculum must be consistent with the most realistic conditions. Take into account the scope continuity sequence.

4. The result of the knowledge gained from the training in fundraising for the study was that the average knowledge score of the participants the pre-training was 15.45 and the post-training was 19.95. It was found that the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของโรงเรียนด้านการระดมทุนเพื่อการศึกษา 2) ศึกษาวิธีดำเนินการของสถานศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จด้านการระดมทุน 3) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการระดมทุนเพื่อการศึกษา สำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และ 4) ศึกษาผลการฝึกอบรมและการระดมทุนเพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการระดมทุนและประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจข้อมูล แบบสอบถาม แบบสังเกต แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบประเมินปลายปิดและปลายเปิด แบบทดสอบ แบบประเมินหลักสูตร และแบบตรวจสอบรายการ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏ ดังนี้

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของโรงเรียนด้านการระดมทุนเพื่อการศึกษา พบว่า การระดมทุนเพื่อการศึกษาโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และสถานศึกษามีบัญชีรับจ่ายเกี่ยวกับการใช้งบประมาณจากการระดมทุนอย่างชัดเจน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. องค์ประกอบในการระดมทุนของสถานศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการระดมทุน ระดับประถมศึกษาจะต้องมีอย่างน้อย 3 ขั้นตอน 18 องค์ประกอบ ส่วนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาจะต้องมีอย่างน้อย 3 ขั้นตอน 20 องค์ประกอบ

3. การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการระดมทุนเพื่อการศึกษาสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พบว่าหลักสูตรที่สร้างขึ้นทั้ง 5 หน่วย มีความเหมาะสมของทุกองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร ในระดับมาก ถึงมากที่สุด

4. ผลการนำความรู้ที่ได้ฝึกอบรมไปใช้ในการระดมทุนเพื่อการศึกษา พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้ของผู้เข้าอบรม ก่อนการฝึกอบรมมีค่าเท่ากับ 15.45 และหลังฝึกอบรม มีค่าเท่ากับ 19.95 โดยความรู้หลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
