The impact of digital managerial accountant skills on management accounting practice success of listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the impact of digital management accountants' skills on the success of management accounting practices of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Data were collected from 82 digital management accountants of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and used questionnaires as a tool for collecting data. Statistics used in data analysis include T-test,F-test (ANOVA and MANOVA), multiple correlation analysis. and multiple regression analysis.

The results showed that, 1) Digital managerial accountant skills, Skills in using technology It has a positive relationship and impact on the success of management accounting practices. Efficiency aspects of planning and good decision making 2) Digital managerial accountant skills for being a thinking partner for executives It has a positive relationship and impact on the success of management accounting practices. Efficiency aspect of planning and in achieving control goals 3) Digital management accountant skills Dynamic learning skills It has a positive relationship and impact on the success of management accounting practices. Good decision making and in achieving control goals 4) Digital management accountant skills Professional skills and knowledge It has a positive relationship and impact on the success of management accounting practices. Achieving control goals.

In summary, Digital managerial accountant skills There is a relationship and positive impact on the success of management accounting practices of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Therefore, accountants of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand Emphasis should be placed on the skills of digital management accountants. The organization uses the results of this research as information to use as a guideline for developing the skills of digital management accountants. To adapt to the rapidly changing environment to create a competitive advantage and achieve maximum efficiency in operations.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของทักษะนักบัญชีบริหารดิจิทัลที่มีต่อความสำเร็จการปฏิบัติทางบัญชีบริหารของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักบัญชีบริหารดิจิทัลของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 82 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ T-test, F-test (ANOVA และ MANOVA) การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทักษะนักบัญชีบริหารดิจิทัล ด้านทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยี มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จการปฏิบัติทางบัญชีบริหาร ด้านประสิทธิภาพของการวางแผน และด้านการตัดสินใจที่ดี 2) ทักษะนักบัญชีบริหารดิจิทัล ด้านทักษะในการเป็นคู่คิดผู้บริหาร มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จการปฏิบัติทางบัญชีบริหาร ด้านประสิทธิภาพของการวางแผน และด้านการบรรลุเป้าหมายในการควบคุม 3) ทักษะนักบัญชีบริหารดิจิทัล ด้านทักษะในการเรียนรู้เชิงพลวัต มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จการปฏิบัติทางบัญชีบริหาร ด้านการตัดสินใจที่ดี และด้านการบรรลุเป้าหมายในการควบคุม 4) ทักษะนักบัญชีบริหารดิจิทัล ด้านทักษะและความรู้ทางวิชาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จการปฏิบัติทางบัญชีบริหาร ด้านการบรรลุเป้าหมายในการควบคุม

โดยสรุป ทักษะนักบัญชีบริหารดิจิทัล มีความสัมพันธ์และผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อความสำเร็จการปฏิบัติทางบัญชีบริหารของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ดังนั้น นักบัญชีบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ควรให้ความสำคัญกับทักษะนักบัญชีบริหารดิจิทัล โดยองค์กรนำผลการวิจัยนี้เป็นข้อมูลในการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาทักษะนักบัญชีบริหารดิจิทัล ในการปรับตัวให้ทันต่อสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน และเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการปฏิบัติงาน
