The Development Information Systems to Encourage Technology Acceptance by TAM Model for Research and Academic Services Faculty of Information Technology at Rajabhat MahaSarakham University

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to 1) analyze the components of information system for research and academic services of the Faculty of Information Technology, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, 2) develop an information system for research and academic services to effective. And 3) Study the user acceptance of technology to use information system for research and academic services. 1) The target population of study the components of information system was 20 personnel of the faculty of Information Technology consisting of university lecturers, officers and graduate students of the faculty of Information technology. 2) The target group studied the information system to effective for research and academic services of the faculty was assessed by 9 doctoral graduates and specialists in information technology. and 3) The system was acceptance of technology with 30 participants consisting of university lecturers, officers and students and alumni of the faculty of Information technology. The research instruments were three sets of questionnaires on the components of information technology, the opinions toward the effective of information system and the acceptance of the system. The research statistics used were the percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The research results showed that the information system for research and academic services consisted of four major components: 1) module of research reports and researchers, 2) module of academic journals, 3) module of information about academic services and projects and 4) module of users accessible to the system. The overall opinions of the experts towards the system for research and academic services of the faculty of Information technology was at the highest level (mean=4.67, SD.= 0.44). Three modules of the information system were at the highest level and one module was at a high level.

The overall opinion of the experts toward to effective the information system for research and academic services of the faculty of content was at the highest level (mean=4.61, SD. =0.51), The overall of information system was at a high level (mean = 4.44, SD. = 0.51), The overall of program was at a highest level. (mean= 4.74, SD. = 0.45) and the overall of system manual was at the highest level (mean = 4.58, SD. = 0.54). when considering each item, it was found that at the high-highest level.

3. The overall acceptance of the respondents for the information system of the TAM model was at the highest level (mean=4.62, SD.=0.50). The two highest rated items of the acceptance of the users.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม 2) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และ 3) ศึกษาผลการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีของผู้ใช้ระบบที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มที่ใช้ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา และศิษย์เก่าระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ที่สังกัดคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม จำนวน 20 คน 2) กลุ่มที่ใช้ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบสารสนเทศ มีคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาเอก หรือนักวิชาการด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ระดับชำนาญการขึ้นไป ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จำนวน 9 คน และ 3) กลุ่มที่ทดลองใช้ศึกษาผลการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีของผู้ใช้งานระบบ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ นักศึกษา และศิษย์เก่า ที่สังกัดคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, 2) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ และ 3) แบบสอบถามการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม ประกอบด้วย 4 โมดูล อธิบายได้ดังนี้ 1) โมดูลฐานข้อมูลงานวิจัยและนักวิจัย 2) โมดูลฐานข้อมูลวารสารวิชาการ 3) โมดูลฐานข้อมูลงานบริการวิชาการและการจัดโครงการ และ 4) โมดูลการจัดข้อมูลผู้ใช้ ซึ่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นต่อความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.67, SD.= 0.44) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3 โมดูล และอยู่ในระดับมาก 1 โมดูล

2. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม ด้านเนื้อหา โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.63, SD.=0.56), ด้านระบบสารสนเทศ โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.44, SD.=0.51), ด้านโปรแกรม โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.74, SD.=0.45) และด้านคู่มือการใช้งานระบบโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.58, SD.=0.54) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก-มากที่สุด ทุกด้าน

3. อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ ศิษย์เก่า และนักศึกษาที่ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม มีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและนำไปใช้ตามทฤษฎีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (TAM) โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย=4.62, SD.=0.50) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 2 ด้าน
