The Interest of the Institute of Vocational Education for the Organization Meeting, The Institute of Vocational Education : Northeastern Region 3

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the interest of vocational institutes for organization meeting, 2) to compare the different demographic characteristics affecting the organization meeting interest for the vocational institutes, and 3) to study the administration of organization meeting impacting the organization meeting for vocational institutes, The Institute of Vocational Education: Northeastern Region 3. The samples were 326 respondents who were executives, teachers, and academic staff of the vocational institutes of The Institute of Vocational Education: Northeastern Region 3. The instruments were surveys and semi-structured interviews. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviations, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The qualitative research was analyzed by content analysis.

The results indicate that overall, all the factors of the organization meeting patterns for the vocational institutes were highly rated; that is, the meeting process was viewed as the highest important factor for the organization meeting interest whereas the organization meeting staff was rated as the least important feature. The organization meeting interest observations across the different demographic factors of gender, age, education, and working experience were found to be statistically significant at .05 level. It was also found that the administration of organization meetings, the resource management in organizing meetings, and the fiscal year plan and results had a positive impact on the organization meetings for the vocational institutes. The mixed data suggest that 1) the patterns of the academic organization meetings should be comprised of the mutual representatives from the Ministry of Education, particularly attending and presiding over the meetings, 2) make the proactive and reactive records of the meetings into the interactive digital forms of video clips, and 3) execute the effective fiscal year plans so that the operations of the academic organization meetings can be carried out to fulfil the purpose of the institution.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสนใจของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในการจัดประชุมองค์กร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อความสนใจของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในการจัดประชุมองค์กร และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารการจัดประชุมองค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อความสนใจของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในการจัดประชุมองค์กร สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูและบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3 จำนวน 326 คน โดยกำหนดสัดส่วนของลักษณะที่สนใจในประชากรเท่ากับ 0.5 และระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการคํานวนขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ผู้บริหาร ครูและบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3 จำนวน 10 คน สุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ANOVA และ Multiple regression การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อรูปแบบการจัดประชุมองค์กรของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านกระบวนการมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด และด้านบุคลากรมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ทั้งนี้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงานที่แตกต่างกันมีความสนใจในการจัดประชุมองค์กร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นอกจากนี้ยังพบอีกว่าการบริหารการจัดประชุมองค์กร ด้านบริหารทรัพยากรในการจัดประชุม ด้านการวางแผนและงบประมาณ และด้านผลลัพธ์และการประเมินผลส่งผลต่อความสนใจในการจัดประชุมองค์กร สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3 ผู้วิจัยได้เสนอแนวทางการจัดประชุมองค์กร สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3 มีดังนี้ 1) รูปแบบการประชุมวิชาการของสถาบันที่มีตัวแทนกระทรวงศึกษามาเป็นประธานเข้าร่วมเปิดงาน 2) จัดทำการบันทึกการประชุมในคลิปวีดีโอเพื่อย้อนดูรายละเอียด และ 3) วางแผนในการจัดตั้งงบประมาณเพื่อใช้ในงานจัดการประชุมของสถาบันส่งผลให้การจัดประชุมสามารถดำเนินไปได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของสถาบัน
