Development Guidelines of Knowledge Management of Private School under the Office of Roi-et Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) Investigate the indicators of components of knowledge management of private school under the office of Roi Et primary education service area office 3 and study the current state and desirable state of knowledge management of private school under the office of Roi Et primary education service area office 3. 2) Develop Guidelines of knowledge management of private school under the office of Roi Et primary education service area office 3. The study was divided into 2 phases, the first phase were study indicators of components of knowledge management of private school under the office of Roi Et primary education service area office 3 and study the current state and desirable state of knowledge management of private school under the office of Roi Et primary education service area office 3, the second phase was development guidelines of knowledge management of private school under the office of Roi Et primary education service area office 3. Descriptive statistics used in this study were average, mainly percentage and modified priority needs index. The study were found: 1. The indicators of components of knowledge management of private school under the office of Roi Et primary education service area office 3 including 7 components 31 indicators. 2. The result of current conditions and desirable conditions. The current conditions of knowledge management of private school under the office of Roi Et primary education service area office 3 as whole was at moderate level. When consideration on each aspect, all apects were at moderate level, the average order can be sorted in ascending order on the tip three were record and store knowledge,implementation of knowledge into practice, and manage the knowledge management system. The desirable conditions as whole was at high level. When consiseration on each aspect were found 1 aspect at highest level and 6 aspects were at high level, the average order can be sorted in ascending order on the top three were record and store knowledge, processing and screening of knowledge, and manage the knowledge management system. 3. Guidelines of knowledge management of private school under the office of Roi Et primary education service area office 3 including 7 components 31 indicators and 69 guidelines.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 และศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการความรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการความรู้ในสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 และศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์หาค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (Modified Priority Needs Index : PNImodified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ดเขต 3 ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ 31 ตัวชี้วัด 2. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ สภาพปัจจุบันการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยสามารถเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย สามอันดับแรกได้ดังนี้ ด้านการบันทึกและจัดเก็บความรู้ ด้านการนำความรู้สู่การปฏิบัติ และด้านการจัดการความรู้ให้เป็นระบบ สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 1 ด้าน และอยู่ในระดับมาก 6 ด้าน โดยสามารถเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย สามอันดับแรกได้ดังนี้ ด้านการบันทึกและจัดเก็บความรู้ ด้านการประมวลและกลั่นกรองความรู้ และด้านการจัดการความรู้ให้เป็นระบบ 3. แนวทางการจัดการความรู้ในสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ 31 ตัวชี้วัด และ 69 แนวทาง
