The Management of HongHean Seub-San Phoom Panya Lanna

Abstract

Research on “HongHean Seub-San Phoom Panya Lanna” There are 2 objectives: 1) to study the development of “HongHean Seub-San Phoom Panya Lanna” and 2) to study the management principles of “HongHean Seub-San Phoom Panya Lanna”. Using qualitative research methods, field data was collected mainly from 12 informants, divided into 1 administrator, 1 music teacher, 5 parents and students. The results of the study found that

1. “HongHean Seub-San Phoom Panya Lanna” arises from the cooperation of many parties. Starting with organizing an event "Seub-San Lanna" to spread Lanna wisdom This event received questions from participants about where they would go if they wanted to continue learning Lanna wisdom. This question sparked the creation of HongHean. Reasons and conditions leading to its establishment HongHean has three main reasons: 1) developing the community and collaborating with villagers to pass on wisdom; 2) holding an event celebrating Chiang Mai's 700th anniversary that promotes the exchange of wisdom; and 3) facing the crisis. Economy and rethinking reliance on local wisdom The curriculum has been developed from unsystematic teaching to a curriculum with clear levels. From beginner courses to advanced courses which focuses on practical skills, knowledge and creativity.

HongHean is not only a learning center. but also cooperates with various agencies to organize a project about Lanna wisdom and is also a show organizer who can help in publicizing and disseminating Lanna arts and culture.

2 “HongHean Sueb-san Phoom Panya Lanna” has efficient management in offering a variety of high-quality courses, setting reasonable tuition fees, a location that promotes learning, and using public relations methods. Various to disseminate Lanna wisdom and enhance interest in teaching curriculum to the community.

การวิจัยเรื่องโฮงเฮียนสืบสานภูมิปัญญาล้านนา มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ข้อ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการของโฮงเฮียนสืบสานภูมิปัญญาล้านนาและ 2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักการบริหารจัดการโฮงเฮียนสืบสานภูมิปัญญาล้านนา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามเป็นหลักจากผู้ให้ข้อมูล12 คนแบ่งเป็นผู้บริหาร 1 คน ครูสอนดนตรี 1 คน ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน 10 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. โฮงเฮียนภูมิปัญญาล้านนาเกิดขึ้นจากความร่วมมือหลายฝ่าย เริ่มจากการจัดงาน "สืบสานล้านนา" เพื่อเผยแพร่ภูมิปัญญาล้านนา ซึ่งงานนี้ได้รับคำถามจากผู้เข้าร่วมว่าหากต้องการเรียนรู้ภูมิปัญญาล้านนาต่อไปจะไปที่ไหน คำถามนี้ได้จุดประกายให้เกิดการจัดตั้งโฮงเฮียนขึ้นมา เหตุผลและเงื่อนไขที่นำไปสู่การก่อตั้งโฮงเฮียนนั้นมีเหตุผลหลักๆ 3 ประการคือ 1) การพัฒนาชุมชนและการร่วมมือกับชาวบ้านเพื่อถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญา 2) การจัดงานเฉลิมฉลองเมืองเชียงใหม่ครบ 700 ปี ซึ่งส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนภูมิปัญญา และการเผชิญกับวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจและการกลับมาคิดถึงการพึ่งพาภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น มีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรจากการสอนอย่างไม่เป็นระบบเป็นการจัดหลักสูตรที่มีระดับชัดเจน ตั้งแต่หลักสูตรขั้นต้นไปจนถึงหลักสูตรขั้นสูง ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นทักษะการปฏิบัติ ความรู้ และการสร้างสรรค์

โฮงเฮียนไม่เพียงแต่เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ แต่ยังร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อจัดโครงการเกี่ยวกับภูมิปัญญาล้านนา และยังเป็นผู้จัดการแสดงที่สามารถช่วยในการประชาสัมพันธ์และเผยแพร่ศิลปวัฒนธรรมล้านนา

2. โรงเรียนสืบสานภูมิปัญญาล้านนามีการบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการเสนอหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนที่หลากหลายและมีคุณภาพ การกำหนดค่าเล่าเรียนที่เหมาะสม สถานที่ตั้งที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ และการใช้วิธีการประชาสัมพันธ์ที่หลากหลายเพื่อเผยแพร่ภูมิปัญญาล้านนาและเสริมสร้างความสนใจในหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนแก่ชุมชน
