Development Guidelines of the Teachers' Potential in Learning Management to Enhance Analytical Thinking under Pranakornsriayuttaya Office of Primary Education Service Area 2

Abstract

This purposes of this research were : 1) to study factors and indicators and learning management to enhance analytical thinking under hanakornsriayuttaya Office of Primary Education Service Area 2. 2) to study the current and ideal situation in learning management to enhance analytical thinking under Phanakornsriayuttaya Office of Primary Education Service Area 2. 3) to develop for teachers’ learning management to enhance analytical thinking under Phanakornsriayuttaya Office of Primary Education Service Area 2. The research was designed into 3 phrases. Phrase 1 was to study factors and indicators of learning management to enhance analytical thinking. Sample in phrase 1 were 5 experts. The research instruments were evaluation with 5 rating scale. Phrase 2 was to study the current and ideal situations of learning management to enhance analytical thinking. The samples comprised of 331 of schools administrators and teachers in charge of academic affairs those were collected by Krejcie and Morgan. The research instruments were questionnaire with 5 rating scale. Phrase 3 was to develop for teachers’ learning management to enhance analytical thinking. Sample in phrase 1 were 2 experts. The research instruments were interview form and appropriate evaluation form. The data were analyzed by percentage , mean, standard deviation and indicator of need to improve. The result of research indicated that. 1. Learning management to enhance analytical thinking under phanakornsriayuttaya office of primary education service area 2 consisted of 5 factors and 30 indicators and each factors were at the highest level. 2. The current situations of learning management to enhance analytical thinking under phanakornsriayuttaya office of primary education service area 2 as the whole and each factors were at the low level. The ideal situations of learning management to enhance analytical thinking under Phanakornsriayuttaya office of primary education service area 2 as the whole and each factors were at the highest level. 3. Development for teachers’ learning management to enhance analytical thinking under Phanakornsriayuttaya Office of Primary Education Service Area 2.; borders compose , meeting , building network , vocation teacher development , and building community way vocation learning.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบประเมินองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ ระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie และ Morgan จำนวน 331 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และระยะที่ 3 การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริม การคิดวิเคราะห์ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 2 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และ แบบประเมินแนวทางการพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ 30 ตัวชี้วัด ผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. สภาพปัจจุบันของในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย แต่สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดวิเคราะห์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย การส่งเสริมการร่วมการประชุม การสร้างเครือข่าย การพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู และการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ
