Developing a program to Enchance Early Childhood Teachers in Learning experience Management for Schools Under the Diocese Ubon Ratchathani

Abstract

The research aimed to: Investigate factors over learning experience management for early childhood, explore needs in enhancing early childhood teachers over learning experience management for early childhood and developing a program to enhance early childhood teachers over learning experience management for early childhood in schools under Diocese of Ubon Ratchathani. It was a research and development approach under 3 phases ; 1) Investigate factors and indicators over learning experience management for early childhood through documents and research works as well as 5 experts selected by purposive sampling, 2) Explore needs in enhancing early childhood teachers over learning experience management for early childhood through 110 school administrators and early childhood teachers as data contributors obtained by multi stages random sampling technique, 3) Develop a program to enhance early childhood teachers over learning experience management for early childhood through school administrators and early childhood teachers under 3 Best Practice schools as well as the same 5 experts before to assess the developed program. The research instruments were: An assessment form on factors and indicators over learning experience management for early childhood, a questionnaire on needs in enhancing early childhood teachers over learning experience management, a developed program to enhance early childhood teachers, and an assessment form on the developed program. The results research revealed that the learning experience management consisted of 6 factors with 34 indicators, the needs of enhancing early childhood teachers in learning experience management over early childhood in schools under Diocese of Ubon Ratchathani were at highest level, and the program developed to enhance early childhood teachers in learning experience management for early childhood in schools under Diocese of Ubon Ratchathani consisted of 7 components including program principles, program objectives, program features, study data and qualification of the participants, teaching methods, teaching and learning media, as well as assessment based on the program. The program was assessed by the experts at the highest level of suitability.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย, 2) ศึกษาความต้องการพัฒนาครูปฐมวัยในการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย และ 3) พัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูปฐมวัยในการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสังฆมณฑลอุบลราชธานี เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา 3 ระยะคือ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และจากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาความต้องการพัฒนาครูในการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูปฐมวัยจำนวน 110 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ระยะที่ 3 พัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูปฐมวัยในการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูปฐมวัยจากโรงเรียน Best Practice 3 โรง และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คนเพื่อประเมินโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แบบประเมินองค์ประกอบการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย, 2) แบบสอบถามความต้องการพัฒนาครูในการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย, โปรแกรมการพัฒนาครูปฐมวัย และ 3) แบบประเมินโปรแกรมพัฒนาครูปฐมวัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสังฆมณฑลอุบลราชธานี มี 6 องค์ประกอบ 34 ตัวชี้วัด 2) ความต้องการพัฒนาครูปฐมวัยในการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสังฆมณฑลอุบลราชธานีอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) โปรแกรมพัฒนาครูปฐมวัยในการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสังฆมณฑลอุบลราชธานีที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการของโปรแกรม, จุดประสงค์ของโปรแกรม, ลักษณะของโปรแกรม, ศึกษาข้อมูลและคุณสมบัติของครูปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสังฆมณฑลอุบลราชธานีที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม, วิธีการสอน, สื่อการเรียน

การสอน, และการประเมินผลตามโปรแกรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประเมินโปรแกรมในระดับความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด
