Development of Academic Management Guidelines in the Educational Era 4.0 of Educational Institutions under Khon Kaen Secondary Education Area Office

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) study current conditions; and 2) to develop guidelines for academic administration in the Education 4.0 era of educational institutions under the Khon Kaen Secondary Education Area Office. In educational institutions under the Khon Kaen Secondary Education Area Office, 350 teachers and administrators, were subjected to sample size using Krejcie and Morgan's tables and using stratified random sampling. The research instruments include a 5-level rating scale questionnaire, a semi-structured interview, and feasibility assessment. The statistics used in the research are mean and standard deviation.

The results of the research showed that:

1. The current state of academic administration in the Education 4.0 era is overall moderate. The desirable conditions of academic administration in the Education 4.0 era as a whole are at the highest level. The needs of academic administration in the Education 4.0 era are listed in descending order of average: resource management to promote learning management, curriculum development, learning measurement and evaluation, and learning management, respectively.

2. Guidelines for academic administration in the Education 4.0 era of educational institutions under the Khon Kaen Secondary Education Area Office, a total of 4 aspects and 14 approaches, consisting of resource management to promote learning management. There are 4 approaches. There are 3 approaches to measuring and evaluating learning outcomes and 2 approaches to learning management, which are the most appropriate and the most feasible, respectively.

การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาขอนแก่น และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาขอนแก่น ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาขอนแก่น จำนวน 350 คน โดยใช้วิธีกำหนดขนาดของตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie และ Morgan ใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) และการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบัน ของการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ และด้านการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ

2. แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาขอนแก่น ทั้งหมด 4 ด้าน 14 แนวทาง ประกอบด้วย ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ มี 5 แนวทาง ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร มี 4 แนวทาง ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ มี 3 แนวทาง และด้านการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ มี 2 แนวทาง โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากที่สุด ตามลำดับ
