Development of Programs to Strengthen Active Learning Management for Teachers Kalasin 3 Primary Educational Service Area

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current and desirable conditions of active learning management for teachers under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2) to develop a program to strengthen active learning management for teachers under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, which is a mixed method. The research was divided into 2 phases. The first phase was to study the current and desirable conditions of active learning management for teachers under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample informants were 305 teachers under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, determined the size of the sample by opening Krejcie & Morgan table and stratified sampling, classified by school groups, and then calculated the sample according to the proportion of the population in each layer. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire. Phase 2 involved designing and developing the program to strengthen active learning management for teachers under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 through interview with teachers who have recognized about best practice, exemplary good practices in active learning management, and excellent performance in active learning management. Three teachers were selected through purposive sampling for drafting and evaluation the program to strengthen active learning management for teachers under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. This program has been evaluated by five experts. The research tools used included the structured interview questionnaires and the assessment documents of suitability and possibility of the program. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The findings were as follows;

1. The current condition of overall active learning management is moderate and the desirable condition of overall active learning management is at the highest level.

2. the program to strengthen active learning management for teachers under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 consists of: 1) Program Principles 2) Goals and Objectives 3) Program content 4) Development process, self-learning, and workshops 5) Techniques and tools 6) Evaluation: There are 4 units: 1. Learning Design 2. learning management of Learning by Doing through using cognitive processes 3. Using and development of media, technology, innovation for learning 4. Authentic Assessment Evaluation results of the program to strengthen active learning management for teachers under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as a whole is the most appropriate and the possibility is at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 จำนวน 305 คน ได้กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเปิดตารางเคจซีมอร์แกน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ จำแนกตามกลุ่มสถานศึกษาแล้วนำมาคำนวณหากลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสัดส่วนของประชากรในแต่ละชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 การออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 โดยการสัมภาษณ์ครูที่มีแนวทางการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศเป็นที่ยอมรับ เป็นแบบอย่างวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดี ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกและมีผลงานด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกยอดเยี่ยม จำนวน 3 คน ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เพื่อใช้ยกร่างโปรแกรมและประเมินโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการของโปรแกรม 2) เป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหาของโปรแกรม ประกอบด้วย 4) กระบวนการพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง และการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 5) เทคนิคและเครื่องมือ 6) การประเมินผล มี 4 หน่วย คือ 1. การออกแบบการเรียนรู้ 2. การจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติโดยใช้กระบวนการทางความคิด 3. การใช้และการพัฒนาสื่อ เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม เพื่อการเรียนรู้ 4. การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริงผลการประเมินโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
