Guidelines for the Administration of Child Development Centers under Subdistrict Municipalities in Khon Kaen Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1. 2. To develop academic management guidelines for early childhood development centers in Khon Kaen Province. The research is divided into two phases: Phase 1: Study the current conditions. The sample group includes executives, A total of 285 teachers and the Board of Directors of the Early Childhood Development Center determined the size of the sample by opening the KC Morgan table by sampling by district. The tools used in the research include a questionnaire Phase 2 to develop academic management guidelines for the Early Childhood Development Center by interviewing 3 administrators of the Early Childhood Development Center. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The results showed that:

1. The current condition of the academic management development guidelines for the Early Childhood Development Center affiliated to the sub-district municipality in Khon Kaen Province is generally at an average level, the area with the highest average value is research to improve the quality of education. The areas with the highest average values are measurement and evaluation and essential needs. Sorting the necessary needs in descending order, including 1st in the management of learning experiences, 2nd in measurement and evaluation.

2. Guidelines for the development of academic management for early childhood development centers affiliated to sub-district municipalities in Khon Kaen province, a total of 5 aspects and 26 guidelines. The results of the evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of the academic management development guidelines for the Early Childhood Development Center affiliated to the Sub-district Municipality in Khon Kaen Province are generally at the highest level of appropriateness and the highest level of feasibility.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารวิชาการสำหรับศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดขอนแก่น 2. เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารวิชาการสำหรับศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และคณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนเด็กเล็ก รวมจำนวน 285 คน ได้กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยการเปิดตารางเคซีมอร์แกน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิจำแนกตามอำเภอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารวิชาการสำหรับศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการสำหรับศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล และความต้องการจำเป็น เรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ลำดับที่ 1 ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้ ลำดับที่ 2 ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ลำดับที่ 3 ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ลำดับที่ 4 ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา และลำดับที่ 5 ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการสำหรับศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดขอนแก่น ทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน 26 แนวทาง ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการสำหรับศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลในจังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากที่สุด
