The Development Programe to Enhance Digital Leadership of Teachers in the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research was: 1) to study the current status, desired conditions, and needs for enhancing the digital leadership of teachers in the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2) to design and evaluate a program to enhance the digital leadership of the teachers in the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research was divided into two phases. In phase 1, studying the current and desired conditions and the needs for digital leadership of teachers. The sample consisted of 305 teachers, selected using stratified random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire examining the current and desired conditions of digital leadership development for teachers. In phase 2, focused on designing and evaluating a program to enhance the digital leadership of teachers. The key informants included 3 teachers who had received awards for Best Practices in digital learning management and 5 experts, all selected using purposive sampling. The tools used in this phase were semi-structured interviews and a program feasibility and suitability evaluation form. Data were analyzed using consistency indices, percentages, means, standard deviations, and the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified).

Research findings show that:

1. The current level of digital leadership among teachers was at a moderate level overall. However, the desired level of digital leadership was rated as very high. The prioritization of needs for enhancing digital leadership was, in order of importance: integration of digital teaching, digital application, digital resource management, and digital communication.

2. The program to enhance the digital leadership of teachers, it was found that: 1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Content There are 4 modules : Module 1: Digital Resource Management Module 2: Digital Teaching Integration Module 3: Digital Application Module 4: Digital Communication 4) Development activities, which included self-paced online learning, practical workshops, and integration with real work tasks. 5) Evaluation including pre- and post-program knowledge assessments, evaluations of participants’ ability to design digital learning for teaching, and participant satisfaction surveys. The evaluation of the Program to Enhance Digital Leadership of Teachers showed that the program’s suitability was rated at the highest level, while its feasibility was rated at a high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจําเป็นของภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 2) ออกแบบและประเมินโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัลของครู การดำเนินการวิจัยมีลักษณะเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจําเป็นของภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัลของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 จำนวน 305 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู ระยะที่ 2 การออกแบบและประเมินโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัลของครู กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ครูที่ได้รับรางวัลผลงานที่มีวิธีการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ การจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยสื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล จำนวน 3 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัลของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัลของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู เรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการสอนบูรณาการดิจิทัล ด้านการประยุกต์ใช้ดิจิทัล ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรดิจิทัล และด้านการสื่อสารดิจิทัลตามลำดับ

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัลของครู ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา มี 4 Module ประกอบด้วย Module 1 การบริหารทรัพยากรดิจิทัล Module 2 การสอนบูรณาการดิจิทัล Module 3 การประยุกต์ใช้ดิจิทัล และ Module 4 การสื่อสารดิจิทัล 4) กิจกรรมพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การศึกษาเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ด้วยตนเอง การฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และการบูรณาการกับปฏิบัติงานจริง และ 5) การประเมินผล ประกอบด้วย การประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม การประเมินความสามารถในการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการสอน และการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัลของครู โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
