The Development of Program to Enhancing Teacher for Learning Management of Contemplative Education for Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) Study the current status, desired status, and needs of the mindfulness learning management to Enhancing Teacher for Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 (2) To create and evaluate a program to enhance the mindfulness learning management of teachers by using the research and development method, which is divided into 2 phases: Phase 1: Study the current status, desired status, and needs of the mindfulness learning management of teachers. The sample group used in the research was 299 teachers of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table. Then, stratified random sampling technique was used. The research instruments were a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were the mean and standard deviation, and the need index. Phase 2: Develop a program to enhance the mindfulness learning management of teachers under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, and the program was evaluated by 7 qualified persons who were selected purposively. The research instrument used in Phase 2 was a semi-structured interview. Evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of the program to enhance the management of mindfulness education for teachers Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Statistics for data analysis include mean and standard deviation.

The research results found that:

1. The current state of mindfulness education management for Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, is at a moderate level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a moderate level in all aspects. As for the desired state of mindfulness education management for Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, it was at the highest level overall.

2. Program for enhancing contemplative learning management for teachers under the Office for for Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consists of 1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Content. It is divided into 4 modules: Module 1 Study of learner conditions and needs Module 2 Design of learning activities Module 3 Learning implementation Module 4 Evaluation of actual learning activities 4) Development principles/development methods The principle of development is 70:20:10. The development methods include training and seminars, group learning, self-learning, and learning from actual practice. The results of the evaluation of the appropriateness and feasibility of the program for enhancing contemplative learning management for teachers under the Office for Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 are overall at the highest level of appropriateness and the highest level of feasibility.

งานวิจัยนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 2. เพื่อสร้างและประเมินโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู โดยใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยและพัฒนา ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 จำนวน 299 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie และ Morgan จากนั้นใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 และมีการประเมินโปรแกรมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน โดยได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้ในระยะที่ 2 คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา แบ่งออกเป็น 4 Module ได้แก่ Module 1 การศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการของผู้เรียน Module 2 การออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ Module 3 การดำเนินการเรียนรู้ Module 4 การประเมินกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง 4) หลักการพัฒนา/วิธีพัฒนา หลักการพัฒนาแบบ 70:20:10 วิธีพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย การฝึกอบรมและร่วมสัมมนา การเรียนรู้เป็นกลุ่ม การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง และการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้จิตตปัญญาศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
