The Developing Guidelines to Enhancing Buddhist Moral Code Leadership of Prapariyattitham School’s Personnel in Educational Section 10

Abstract

This research aims were 1) to study elements and indications of a Buddhist Leadership of the School of Buddhist Scripture Common Education Group 10 2) to study the current condition, the desirable condition and needs of a Buddhist Leadership of the School of Buddhist Scripture Common Education Group 10and 3) to present the Program Creates a Buddhist Leadership of the School of Buddhist Scripture Common Education Group 10. The research process is divided into 3 phases. The sample groups that used to collect quantitative datawere number of Monks 242 person, which are derived from the sample size of a group by comparing the population to the finished table of Krejcie &Morganand stratified random sampling. The research instruments consist of the rating scale questionnaireand qualified committee interview. The statistic for analysis the data included the basic statistics and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified)

The research finding found that:

1. The results of the study elements and indications of a Buddhist Leadership of the School of Buddhist Scripture Common Education Group 10. Comprises: 5 elements, 11. The results of verification of the elements and the indications were all the elements and the indications were high level.

2. The current condition, the desirable condition and needs of a Buddhist Leadership of the School of Buddhist Scripture Common Education Group 10found that the current conditions were moderate level and consideration on each side has found that all sides were moderate level. The desirable condition and needswere high level and consideration on each side found that all sides were high level.

3. The Program Creates a Buddhist Leadership of the School of Buddhist Scripture Common Education Group 10 has found that there are 6 ways to develop includeworkshop, training, coaching, seminar, continuing education and brain storming. The result of assessment the suitability and possibility of the program found that the suitability in overall was most levels and the possibility in overall was high level.

การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 10 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรโรงเรียนปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 10 และ 3) เพื่อเสนอโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรโรงเรียนปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 10 ดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ จำนวน 242 รูป/คน ได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเทียบจำนวนประชากรกับตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie &Morgan ทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .90 และ .85 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นโดยใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 10 สรุปได้องค์ประกอบ 5 องค์ประกอบ 11 ตัวชี้วัด ผลการตรวจสอบยืนยันองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัด พบว่า ทุกองค์ประกอบและทุกตัวชี้วัด อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรโรงเรียนปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 10 ปรากฏดังนี้ สภาพปัจจุบัน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน สำหรับลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 10 เมื่อเรียงลำดับตามความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ปรากฏดังนี้ 1) ด้านวิสารโท (เป็นผู้แกล้วกล้า มีวินัย) 2) ด้านนิสสฺยสัมปันโน (เป็นผู้ที่มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี) 3) ด้านวิธูโร (ผู้ชำนาญในงาน 4) ด้านวิยัตโต (เป็นผู้มีปัญญา) และ 5) ด้านจักขุมา (เป็นผู้มีวิสัยทัศน์ที่กว้างไกล)

3. โปรแกรมการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธธรรมของบุคลากรโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 10 ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 3 ส่วน จำแนกเป็น 7 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ รวมระยะเวลาการพัฒนา 48 ชั่วโมง แบ่งเป็นวิธีการพัฒนาทั้งสิ้น 6 วิธี ได้แก่ 1) การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2) การฝึกอบรม 3) การสอนงาน 4) การสัมมนา 5) การศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 6) การระดมสมอง ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม พบว่า ความเหมาะสม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
