วิทยานิพนธ์การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทัศนศิลป์เรื่อง รูปทรงชีวิตชนบท ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากจากประสบการณ์ชีวิตในอดีตของผู้สร้างสรรค์ หมู่บ้านที่เคยอาศัยมีวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตในสังคมเกษตรกรรม พึ่งพาอาศัยธรรมชาติ ทำนาทำไร่ตามฤดูกาล สังคมเกษตรกรรมชนบทในอดีต อาศัยอยู่แบบพึ่งพาอาศัยเกื้อหนุนจุนเจือ เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ เกื้อกูลซึ่งกันและกัน ทำให้เกิดแรงบันดาลใจที่จะถ่ายทอดผลงานประติมากรรมจัดวาง ในรูปแบบกึ่งนามธรรม มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษารูปทรงเครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้ทางการเกษตร ภูมิปัญญาของปู่,ย่า,ตา,ยาย แล้วนำมาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทัศนศิลป์ ประติมากรรม ด้วยเทคนิคแกะไม้ประกอบไม้เพื่อตอบสนองแนวความคิด โดยมีการรวบรวมข้อมูล 4 ประเภท คือ ข้อมูลจากแรงบันดาลใจเบื้องต้น,ข้อมูลจากเอกสาร,อิทธิพลทางศิลปกรรมของ ทิพเนตร์ แย้มมณีชัย, อ.อินสนธ์ วงศ์สาม,มิมโม พาราดิโน่(MIMMO PALADINO),และข้อมูลจากการทดลองสร้างสรรค์ จากนั้นจึงสร้างสรรค์ผลงานตามขบวนการ โดยเริ่มจากการทำภาพร่างให้มีความสมบูรณ์มากที่สุด แล้วจึงนำไปขยายเป็นผลงานจริง โดยใช้เทคนิคกลวิธีการแกะไม้ประกอบไม้ วัสดุที่ใช้ คือ ไม้ ผลการสร้างสรรค์เกิดข้อค้นพบใหม่ที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะตนของผู้สร้างสรรค์ โดยผลงานได้สะท้อนรูปทรงที่แสดงความเป็นพื้นถิ่นชนบท โดยผ่านรูปทรงเครื่องมือทางการเกษตร เป็นผลงานประติมากรรม ใช้เทคนิคแกะไม้ประกอบไม้ เพื่อตอบสนองให้เห็นเป็นรูปทรงสามมิติที่จะสื่อถึงความเป็นพื้นถิ่นในชนบทที่ผู้สร้างสรรค์อาศัยอยู่ในอดีต
