Su Shi Culture of the Song Dynasty in Xuzhou: Application in Food "Misandao" Packaging Design

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1. To study the historical origin of Su Shi culture in Xuzhou; 2. To study the current status of Xuzhou "Mi San Dao" in the current packaging form; 3. To study the application of Su Shi culture in Mi San Dao food packaging. This study is a qualitative study. The Su Shi culture of the Song Dynasty in Xuzhou was used as the research object for qualitative research. Research data were collected through relevant literature analysis, investigation, observation, interview, in-depth interview and group discussion. The research tools include survey methods, observation methods, interview methods, structured and unstructured focus group discussions. The population sample of this study is 25 people, and cultural theory was used to analyze the data. The results of the study are presented through descriptive analysis. The results are as follows.

First, the study of the historical and cultural origins, cultural values ​​and cultural identity of Su Shi in the Song Dynasty in Xuzhou is helpful to enhance its cultural value and influence. Secondly, the inheritance and protection status of "Mi San Dao" in Su Shi culture was analyzed and studied; the results showed that the purchase method and behavioral inheritance method of "Mi San Dao" in Su Shi culture can no longer meet the current inheritance and protection status. In addition, the inheritors are aging seriously, and young groups are participating. Low recognition and vague cognition of cultural value and connotation limit the inheritance and protection of Xuzhou's Song Dynasty Su Shi's historical culture. Finally, combined with the integration of Xuzhou's Song Dynasty Su Shi culture and food "Mi San Dao" packaging, the application of Xuzhou Su Shi culture inheritance and protection is used to solve the problems in its inheritance and protection. In the era of market economy, it will help the diversified dissemination of "Mi San Dao" in Xuzhou's Song Dynasty Su Shi culture, expand the inheritance and protection of Xuzhou's Song Dynasty Su Shi culture, and provide research models and references for the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage.
