The Development of the Programs to Enhance a Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the Private Education under Buriram Provincial Office

Abstract

This research aims to 1) to study the current conditions and desirable conditions of a creative leadership of school administrators in the private education under Buriram Provincial office. 2) to Development of the Programs to Enhance a Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the Private Education under Buriram Provincial office. This research carried out two phases of research: Phase 1, the current conditions and desirable conditions of a creative leadership of school administrators in the private education under Buriram Provincial office. and Phase 2, Development of the Programs to Enhance a Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the Private Education under Buriram Provincial office. By collecting data from a 217 sample group and evaluating the program by 5 experts.

Research results appear as follows.

1. The results of the current conditions of a creative leadership of school administrators in the private education under Buriram Provincial office was at a high level in overall, when considering each aspect found that all aspects were at the same level. For the desirable condition of a creative leadership of school administrators in the private education under Buriram Provincial office was at the highest level in overall, when considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at the highest level as well.

2. The 7 component results of the Development of the Programs to Enhance a Creative Leadership of School Administrators in the Private Education under Buriram Provincial office, consisting of 1) principles, 2) objectives of the program 3) Content 4) Structure of the model 5) Development method 6) Development period and 7) Evaluation. All aspects was at the highest level and the possibility is at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ การวิจัยนี้ดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 217 และประเมินโปรแกรมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจํานวน 5 คน

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. ผลการวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ พบว่าโดยรวมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเช่นเดียวกัน

2. ผลการพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของโปรแกรม 3) เนื้อหาสาระ 4) โครงสร้างของรูปแบบ 5) วิธีการพัฒนา 6) ระยะเวลาในการพัฒนา และ 7) การประเมินผล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
