The Development of Mathematical Connection Ability for Mathayomsuksa 4 Students Using Inquiry Approach Learning Management

Abstract

This research aimed to develop mathematic connection ability of matthayomsueksa 4 Students by using Mathematic inquiry and to pass the criteria 70 percent. The target group was 26 Matthayomsuksa 4 students from Phadungnaree School, Mahasarakham province, in the second semester of the academic year of 2018 and obtained using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study were 1) plans for learning by using Mathematical inquiry, with 10 plans for 10 hours of learning. 2) mathematic connection ability test, subjective test each set has 5 questions. 3) student interview individually to the mathematical inquiry learning management after the end of each cycle. Whereas action research approach used in this study composed of 3 spiral and The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were mean, standard deviation and percentage. The results of the study show that matthayomsuksa 4/6 students who learned by using Mathematical inquiry have mathematic connection ability and they can pass the criteria 70 percent. The details of each spiral were as follows.

Cycle 1 : Students have an average mathematic connection ability score of 10.73 points from a full score of 20 points, representing an average of 53.65 percent, passed the criteria of 70 percent of the full score, 5 people, representing 19.23 percent, cycle 2 : students have an average mathematic connection ability score of 13.38 points from a full score of 20 points, representing an average of 66.92 percent, passed the criteria of 70 percent of the full score, 15 people, representing 57.69 percent, and cycle 3 : students have an average mathematic connection ability score of 15.62 points from a full score of 20 points, representing an average of 78.08 percent, passed the criteria of 70 percent of the full score, 26 people, representing 100 percent. In conclusion, influenced to develop mathematic connection ability of target student group. Therefore, teacher can use this learning by apply in a suitable situation.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย คือ เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โดยการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบสืบเสาะทางคณิตศาสตร์ ให้คะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 กลุ่มเป้าหมายในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/6 โรงเรียนผดุงนารี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดมหาสารคามสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเขต 26 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวนนักเรียน 26 คน ที่ได้เลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะทางคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เรขาคณิตวิเคราะห์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จำนวน 10 แผน 10 ชั่วโมง 2) แบบวัดความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เรขาคณิตวิเคราะห์ เป็นแบบทดสอบแบบอัตนัย จำนวน 5 ข้อ 3) แบบสัมภาษณ์นักเรียน ซึ่งเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์นักเรียนรายบุคคลที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะทางคณิตศาสตร์ หลังสิ้นสุดการปฏิบัติการในแต่ละวงรอบ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้รูปแบบของการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งมีวงจรการปฏิบัติ 3 วงจร และสถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/6 มีความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ โดยจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบสืบเสาะทางคณิตศาสตร์ ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 ที่ได้ตั้งไว้ ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดแต่ละวงจรปฏิบัติการ ดังนี้

วงจรปฏิบัติการที่ 1 นักเรียนมีคะแนนความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 10.73 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 20 คะแนน คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 53.65 โดยมีจำนวนนักเรียนที่มีคะแนนความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 ของคะแนนเต็ม จำนวน 5 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 19.23 วงจรปฏิบัติการที่ 2 นักเรียนมีคะแนนความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 13.38 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 20 คะแนน คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 66.92 โดยมีจำนวนนักเรียนที่มีคะแนนความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 ของคะแนนเต็ม จำนวน 15 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.69 และวงจรปฏิบัติการที่ 3 นักเรียนมีคะแนนความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 15.62 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 20 คะแนน คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 78.08 โดยมีจำนวนนักเรียนที่มีคะแนนความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 ของคะแนนเต็ม จำนวน 26 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 โดยสรุป สามารถพัฒนาความสามารถในการเชื่อมโยงทางคณิตศาสตร์ของนักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้ครูผู้สอนจึงสามารถนำการจัดการเรียนรู้ดังกล่าว ไปปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนให้ประสบผลสำเร็จยิ่งขึ้นไป
