The development program reinforce responsibility for students in opportunity expansion schools under the Jurisdiction of Kalasin Primary Educational Area Office 3

Abstract

The purpose of this research were:1) to study the components and indicators of student responsibility, 2) to study the current conditions desirable condition student responsibility, 3) to study methods for reinforce responsibility for students, 4) to develop a program to reinforce responsibility for students in opportunity expansion school under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research was divided into 4 phases, contain, Phase 1; Studying the components and indicators of student responsibility. A group of data providers, which examined the suitability of the components and indicators of student responsibility by 5 experts, Phase 2; Studying the current conditions desirable condition student responsibility in opportunity expansion school under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples consisted of teachers and education personnels in opportunity expansion school under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, in the academic year 2562, a total of 285 people, using multistage random sampling technique. The instrument for collecting data of the study were the questionnaire. The reliability was 0.92 and the statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation, Phase 3; Studying of ways to strengthen student responsibility. The method was bring analysis results demand index (PNImodified) to create interview forms to study how to strengthen the responsibility of students from schools that have excellent practices in the reinforce responsibility for students (Best Practices) of 3 schools. The instrument for collecting data was interview forms, Phase 4; Developing a program to reinforce responsibility for students in opportunity expansion school under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, to examine the suitability and feasibility of the program to reinforce responsibility of students by 7 experts. The instrument for collecting data was the evaluation form. The statistical analysis included mean and standard deviation.

The research found that:

1. The components and indicators of student responsibility consisted of 2 elements, 24 indicators, Element 1; Self-responsibility, 8 indicators, Element 2; Corporate social responsibility, 16 indicators. The appropriateness of the student's responsibility component by examination of the overall expert was suitable at a high level. The appropriate level of indicators for student responsibility by examination of the overall expert was suitable at a high level.

2. The current conditions for student responsibility overall was at a medium level. The current state was ranked in order from highest to lowest, social responsibility. Self-responsibility, respectively. The desirable condition of student responsibility overall was at the highest level. The desirable status, from the most to the least, was self-responsibility and social responsibility respectively.

3. The analysis results demand index (PNImodified) to reinforce responsibility for students in opportunity expansion school under Kalasin Primary Education Area 3, in descending order, the self-responsibility, the social responsibility and the principle for reinforcement student accountability, consisting of 1) beginning to practice student responsibility at an early age, 2) providing opportunities for students to practice and become responsible, 3) to provide experience appropriate for the ages, 4) to provide students with continued practice until birth was a habit.

4. The program to reinforce responsibility for students in opportunity expansion school under Kalasin Primary Education Area 3, divided into 2 modules consisted, Module 1; self-responsibility reinforcement, Module 2; strengthening social responsibility and assessment result of suitability and feasibility of the program in adoption by a qualified person at a high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 3) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 4) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 ซึ่งการดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลซึ่งตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดในการเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากร ในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2562 รวมจำนวน 285 คน ใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้น (Multistage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 3 การศึกษาวิธีเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน วิธีดำเนินการคือ นำผลการวิเคราะห์ ค่าดัชนีความต้องการ (PNImodified) มาสร้างแบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียนจากโรงเรียนที่มีการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในด้านการเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน (Best Practices) จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ ระยะที่ 4 การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 การตรวจสอบ ความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โดย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ 24 ตัวชี้วัด ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง จำนวน 8 ตัวชี้วัด องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม จำนวน 16 ตัวชี้วัด ระดับความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบ โดยการตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิโดยรวม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ระดับความเหมาะสมของตัวชี้วัดด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โดยการตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิโดยรวม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. สภาพปัจจุบัน ด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงลำดับสภาพปัจจุบันจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง ตามลำดับ ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ด้านความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์จากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง และความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ตามลำดับ 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์ ค่าดัชนีความต้องการ (PNImodified) ในการเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง และความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม และหลักการเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 1) เริ่มฝึกความรับผิดชอบนักเรียนตั้งแต่ยังเด็ก 2) เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนได้ฝึกและรู้จักรับผิดชอบ 3) จัดประสบการณ์ให้เหมาะสมกับวัย 4) จัดให้นักเรียนได้ปฏิบัติต่อเนื่องจนเกิดเป็นพฤติกรรมเคยชิน 4. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 แบ่งออกเป็น Module 2 Module ประกอบด้วย Module 1 การเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง Module 2 การเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมในการนำไปใช้ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ อยู่ในระดับมาก
