Program to Teacher’s Reinforcement for Academic Leadership in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 27

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) study the factors and the needs assessment to Teacher's Reinforcement for Academic Leadership in the SESAO 27. 2) develop a program to Teacher’s Reinforcement for Academic Leadership in the SESAO 27. The research method was divided 2 phases. Phase 1 study the factors and the needs assessment to Teacher's Reinforcement for Academic Leadership in the SESAO 27. The samples were 348 by using a Taro Yamane formula for calculating the sample size. the sampling size was multistage stage sampling. Phase 2 was to develop a program. the research instrument was an assessment of the program. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation and modified priority index.

The results showed that; 1.The overall the factors of academic leadership of teacher was in 3 factors and there were 14 indicators; knowledge, skill and personality, The needs which ordered from highest to least are knowledge, skill and personality. 2.The overall of program to teacher's reinfocement were 4 factors; 1.Objective 2.Content 3.Methodology 4.The evaluation.

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู สังกัดสพม. 27 2) เพื่อสร้างโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู สังกัดสพม. 27 โดยใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู สังกัดสพม. 27 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 348 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนจากการคำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Taro Yamane เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู สังกัดสพม.27 ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิโดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความรู้ ทักษะและบุคลิกภาพ ความต้องการจำเป็นภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู สังกัดสพม. 27 โดยเรียงลำดับองค์ประกอบที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุดไปหาน้อยที่สุด คือ ความรู้ ทักษะและบุคลิกภาพ ตามลำดับ 2. โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครู สังกัดสพม. 27 มี 4 องค์ปะกอบได้แก่ 1 วัตถุประสงค์/เป้าหมาย 2. เนื้อหา 3. วิธีดำเนินการ และ 4. การวัดและประเมินผล
