Developing Guidelines for Strengthening Students' Self-Discipline Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Area 3

Abstract

The research objectives were 1) to study the current and desirable states and the priority need index of students’ self-disciplines reinforcement of Primary Educational Service Area, Kalasin 3 2) to study the guidelines of students’ self-disciplines reinforcement of Primary Educational Service Area, Kalasin 3. The research was divided into 2 stages. The first stage was to study the current and desirable states of students’ self-disciplines reinforcement of Primary Educational Service Area, Kalasin 3 and the samples were directors and teachers who are responsible for the students’ self-disciplines from 132 schools with 264 key informants by stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were arithmetic mean, standard deviation. and 2) to develop the guidelines of students’ self-disciplines reinforcement of Primary Educational Service Area, Kalasin 3. The interview from best practice obtained 3 directors and 3 teachers by purposive sampling. The research instruments were semi-structure interview form and the assessment form in appropriation and possibility of guidelines by purposive sampling. The statistics used in data analysis were arithmetic mean, standard deviation.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ การเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวินัยของนักเรียน จำนวน 132 โรงเรียน จำนวน 264 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 จากการศึกษาสถานศึกษาที่มีการปฏิบัติที่ดีเยี่ยม Best Practice จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน โรงเรียน ละ 2 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 6 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน และหัวหน้าฝ่ายบริหารงานทั่วไป หรือครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานวินัยของนักเรียน จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งมีโครงสร้าง การประเมินแนวทางโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 7 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. การพัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3 มีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีแนวทางการพัฒนาตามองค์ประกอบวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน 4 องค์ประกอบ ดังรายละเอียด ดังนี้ ความมุ่งมั่น 4 แนวทาง ความอดทน 4 แนวทาง ความรับผิดชอบ 6 แนวทาง และความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง 4 แนวทาง
