Guidelines for the Development of Isan Folk Music Bands Secondary Schools in Kalasin Province

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research on the development of Isan folk music. A secondary school in Kalasin Province. Objectives of the research 1. To study the conservation of Isan folk music. Secondary schools in Kalasin Province 2. To study guidelines for the development of Isan folk music, secondary schools in Kalasin Province. The research instruments consisted of interviews and field data received from key informants. From the school director of 2 people, a group of 22 workers, consisting of the Isan folk band, Kalasin Phitthayasan School, and the Isan folk band, Anukulnari School, Kalasin province, analyzed the qualitative data in descriptive characteristics according to the specified research objectives and led Offer qualitative research results.

The research results are as follows.

2. The guidelines for the development of the Isan folk music band at secondary schools in Kalasin Province were found that There are 4 guidelines for the development of Isan folk music at secondary schools in Kalasin province: Including: 1. Guidelines for the development of musical instruments; 2. Guidelines for the development of presentation styles 3. Guidelines for human resource development and 4. Budgetary development guidelines.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเกี่ยวกับแนวทางพัฒนาวงดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน โรงเรียนมัธยมในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาการอนุรักษ์วงดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน โรงเรียนมัธยมในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ 2. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาวงดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน โรงเรียนมัธยมในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และข้อมูลภาคสนามโดยได้จากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จากผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 2 คน กลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติ จำนวน 22 คน ซึ่งมีวงดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน โรงเรียนกาฬสินธุ์พิทยาสรรพ์ และวงดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสานโรงเรียนอนุกูลนารี จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพในลักษณะการพรรณนาตามความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้และนำเสนอผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ

ผลการวิจัยดังนี้

1. การอนุรักษ์วงดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน โรงเรียนมัธยมในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ พบว่า การอนุรักษ์ดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน โรงเรียนมัธยมในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ มี 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1.วิธีการอนุรักษ์วงดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน 2. ขั้นตอนการอนุรักษ์วงดนตรีพื้นบ้าน และ 3.ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการอนุรักษ์ดนตรีพื้นบ้าน

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาวงดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ พบว่า แนวทางในการพัฒนาวงดนตรีพื้นบ้านอีสาน โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ มี 4 แนวทาง ได้แก่ 1.แนวทางในการพัฒนาด้านเครื่องดนตรี 2. แนวทางในการพัฒนาด้านรูปแบบการนำเสนอ 3. แนวทางในการพัฒนาด้านบุคลากร และ 4. แนวทางในการพัฒนาด้านงบประมาณ
